Ordered a 3 piece combo dinner with a cole slaw from the Hartzel rd location Came home to 3 pieces of chicken no fries. Called to let them know and spoke to a woman who was at first accommodating to finding out what happened but then hung up on me! Very unprofessional and rude! If I could rate this 0 stars I would!

I was basically the only person in the restaurant and waited over 20 minutes for a simple sandwich meal order. The counters and floor are always dirty and sticky. Do not recommend coming to this location.

I went in and ordered the food I was picking up. A normal chicken burger combo, with another chicken burger on the side by itself. Now this took 15 minutes. One of the workers had the audacity to come up to me and ask me if I’m feeling well….must’ve been from the look on my face because you shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for one combo and one burger. It had appeared to be that there were more than enough staff on the floor tonight doing the least amount of work at the slowest pace possible. Honestly, I’d go to a different location or place to get food altogether after that experience.

I just ordered here for lunch and i asked for a big crunch combo.. I received a double tender spicy burger instead. which is unfortunate because i can’t handle spice which also means i wasted my money.. and i would go back but i’m at work so..

Their inadequate staffing, mediocre food quality and lack of attention are a regular occurrence. Their drive thru is always a long wait. Today I waited 10 mins in a parking spot for 2 tacos and fries supreme. Finally went inside after 10 mins as they were def not bringing it out anytime soon. Waited another 5 mins inside while they ran circles around each other. There was another cranky customer in line awaiting a replacement meal because his order was lacking too.The last 2 times I've been, they haven't had any ice. No heads up. No option to get something else, just mild temp fountain pop.I get it, it's Taco Bell/KFC but if you're gonna price your garbage as high as it is, I'd rather not regret the entire experience, I just want to limit my regret to the following day.

Was served by Mandeep, who was very friendly. Accidentally left purse hanging on a chair, went home, called her, and she found it for us, and kept it for us. Collected it from her colleagues, and contacted her and wanted to leave her a gift. She politely declined, and said it was her duty, and at KFC, she was happy to help. All contents in purse were intact. She, and KFC, must be complimented..

Absolutely worst fast food experience we’ve had in 50 yearsIt took 50 minutes to get a 10 pc bucket after being told 15 minutes and we weren’t the only order like thatOnce we received our food the chicken coating was soggy and dripping in disgusting dirty grease plus fries were overcookedThe person taking orders at the counter kept leaving to do drive thru orders leaving multiple people waiting inside also this person’s body odor was so bad we had to step away so we didn’t feel nauseous when he came back to the counterThe worst part was the absolutely disgusting condition in the kitchen and washroomFood paper and boxes all over the floor washroom was the dirtiest I’ve seen in years even the debit machine was covered in grease!Someone needs to call the Niagara Health & Safety Department they deserve to be closed down until they cleanup and meet proper standards

Waited at drive-thru for almost 15 minutes. No one ever came on the speaker to greet us, ask us to wait... NOTHING! The rest of the line was proceeding normally. We left and took our $ with us. This is not the first time this has happened there! I'm not even blaming staff. This is a management issue. I shouldn't have to give 1 star if I got 0 food.

Really not happy with the service. My husband and i went. Was ordering plant based chicken combos and just wanted to upgrade the fries in combo to larger size. I have done this a few times before (in same location) and never had an issue. But there was 2 (assumed) Indians working there that made it so complicated, and had really inappropriate behavior, laughing at me. They told me it's not possible at all to have any different size of fries besides what the combo comes with???? Very confusing...I cancelled order right away. Seemed really not figured out. Very disappointed :(

The wait wasn’t bad. The fries tho could had been cooked more. The chicken was fine. Don’t forget to use coupons. KFC does a great job when it comes with coupons and great prices.Food out of 5Fries - 3Chicken - 5
