Blade Salon

I only have experience with one hair stylist, but it's been 100% positive. My son has some exceptionalities, and hair cuts have always been a struggle for him and a challenge for the stylists. After trying different local salons and not having positive experiences, I decided to make the trip to the Gay Blade. I'ts out of our way since I no longer live in the area, but I'm so glad I did. Tammy, his stylist, is by far the best that's ever worked on him. She is super patient, caring and treats him with respect, and he adores her.Whenever we've gone there, the rest of the staff has been pretty quiet, but that doesn't mean they aren't friendly. In fact one time one of the staff helped teach my son to make a coffee for me, and let him do all the steps. Yes the prices can be on the high end, but so is their talent as stylists. If you want quality hair care you have to be willing to pay for it.

I had booked an appointment today for a clean up with Tammy. However when I arrived, my appointment was not on their schedule. No one knows why, yet Tammy made room for my service and we confirmed upcoming appointments. I was feeling kind of down when I arrived but Tammy turned my feeling around with her caring way and her contagious laugh. She is the best.

My first time ever going to the Blade, I asked for a Caesar.1. She cut my hair way too short because she kept screwing up.2. There were noticeable lines in the side of my head.3. When I call back to explain to the manager, she didn’t want to hear it.The blade salon is a bunch of no care giving money feinding people.

I had my hair done for my wedding at the Blade. Peggy Sue was fantastic. She styled my hair exactly as I asked. My hair was gorgeous. I had so many compliments. Peggy even squeezed my daughter in for a straightening because we were running late. Thanks again for making my day a happy one.

Always great to go to Blade! Eyebrows last week and cut and style this week. Always buzzing with positive energy, you will feel so good with a bit of chattering and pampering!

Went to Blades today for the first time. I was a bit nervous about going to a new salon.My stylist was Tammy, she was super friendly and to say l was pleased is an understatement.Everyone was so very friendly and you have an on going customer that's for sure. Thank you Tammy your awesome.Debra

I'm unhappy with the haircut and the service I received and even how it was handled. It's uncomfortable to criticize someone's work but also, don't charge someone if you mess up their hair.I booked last minute with the þapprentice because my usual person was sick, took a chance, thought how badly can someone mess up a trim? Well, pretty badly. I asked for a little more than a trim. As the cut is going on I'm seeing 5-6 lengths of hair on the ground and I said that's a lot. She said she'd go longer and could blend it in.
