Terrible terrible mobile order preparation, there is not a single time where they get everything I need. I always have to wait for another 5 minutes and tell the waiter multiple times before getting my food.I would not go there if there is another Starbucks on you way to work, and there is no point ordering on your phone from that store because they never get it right.

Gone downhill last few months. Staff has Been missing orders and extremely slow and disorganized. Really hit or miss - sometimes you have 2 staff that are on top of their game and extremely pleasant, oftentimes you have multiple disorganized staff that act like they think they are working at tim hortons

This location is always a nightmare. If you want to lose minimum 20 minutes (whether you order ahead or not) getting increasingly frustrated watching the most disorganized people struggle to serve any number of customers at any given time, look no further. Usually 6-7 people running into each other, trying to do the same tasks at the same time, and being easily distracted. It's unbelievable. Gotta be a bad manager behind that mess.Food and drinks are fine, it is a Starbucks.

Everything was typical Starbucks or better. There is only one problem with this store, and that is that it is so tiny.It's got to be the smallest Starbucks that I have ever been to.Also, just a warning: It is not open evenings.

If you can't make a chai tea latte hot and taste good, I'm not sure what else you'll mess up. I won't be going here again when I'm in Vancouver.

Soy Milk Blonde Roast Americano is always consistent great flavor and strength from Starbucks. The rewards scheme is awesome and one of the fair few that provides real incentives when you spend with them.Service at this location is very dull and almost stand-off' ish, but as long as the coffee is good I ain't too fussed.
