Vanessa was very helpful and the staff helped me when I needed to get my hearing aids fixed or supplies. Just wish they could give me more than one package of domes and ear wax filters(due to Covid-19 restrictions)I'm glad I got help to restore my hearing

Very inconvient and rude. When getting past hearing test Listen Up could of just faxed i to Connect Hearingt, but refused because it would take to long. When they took forever coping the paper work, it would of taken the same amount of time to fax it. Would of gladly paid for them to do it. Trying to get the help we need for our grandfathers hearing aids to get fixed.

The people at the Pelham Road location are great. Vanessa is especially kind and patient. She has been a great help with my elderly mom. I really appreciate the service and professionalism as well.

My left hearing aid wasn't working and the girl at the desk had it fixed in about 10 minutes

Vanessa is very good with older people and answered all questions thoroughly. Office staff were very personable and helpful. We would recommend this office to anyone who asks.
