Absolutely horrible. I ordered delivery. When you order delivery they don’t allow you the option to say extra lettuce or tomato. Which is fine I guess. But when you order a 17 dollar burger you at least expect some lettuce on the the burger. Especially since I stated I wanted some. This is a small little pinch. There’s more tomato than lettuce more sauce than there is lettuce. It’s almost like the price of lettuce comes out of the employee’s paycheque. I’m sure in person it’s better because you can ask extra of anything. Not happy and won’t be ordering again.

Had some trouble with a skip and called the store and spoke with Karen to see if the driver had picked it up and she advised that it was picked up an hour ago so I left drove down and reordered my food and Karen went more then above and beyond by calling and ensuring that I got my refund as well as helping me out with the food and just being over all greatIf the owner sees this make sure to appreciate her because she just got you a customer for lifeAnd Karen if you see this thank you for going above and beyond and genuinely caring :)

Cashier was very patient with customers and read back orders to make sure they were correct. Restaurant machines were loud and cashier remained calm and professional throughout ordering.Sever putting items on my burger was careless and added relish to my burger without me asking then asked what else I wanted, they then put only 1 of each item I asked for on my burger (1 cucumber, 1 tomato etc.) I'm not sure if that's standard but I found it to be annoying, especially since they were already careless and unfriendly to begin with.Vegetarian burger, fries and onion rings tasted okay and the quality of my soda was not good.Restaurant eating area didn't appear clean and I had to wipe off my own table before eating.

decent service, always messes up me and my friends orders when we go for lunch once a week. one older employee is a bit temperamental and gets mad at us when they mess our orders up and we try to complain.

Had an absolutely delicious meal with my hubby this evening. It's not too often we have burgers for dinner and I'm very happy we picked Harvey's to do it in. Food was fantastic, staff was pleasant and friendly. The Creamsicle shake was fantastic!

Although it can be slow sometimes even when I'm the only vehicle in the drive through, even when the store isn't busy, the food is still really good and definitely worth the wait.
