Family Care Dental Clinic
Simply put, Dr. Chung and her staff are exceptional. I’ve had all kinds of treatment – Cleanings, caps, fillings, extractions and all were completed with ease and no pain. Dr. Chung and her staff are very warm and very professional and all procedures, whether treatment or insurance related, are explained in very basic, easy to understand language.I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and I now look forward to my dental visits and truly feel I am an active participant in my dental health. I am so thankful to have found Family Care Dental Clinic!

I have been going to Family Care Dental Clinic for years now and I am so pleased with the care and attention they give to every patient. All of the staffand dentist are friendly, knowledgable, professional and do fantastic work! I've recommended many people to them who are all pleased. Highly recommended!

Dr. Chung and Mae together with other staffs of the clinic has been very accommodating and performs excellent job in taking care of my dental health. Having a great admin staff that knows the insurance whereabouts is a plus!I just recently recommended the clinic to my Dad and he loves it so far.By that, I would like to recommend this to everyone!They are open in Saturdays too for people like me (working and studying).

Excellent service, very attentive. I am aligned with Dr. Chung’s method to tackle my teeth problem. Everyone there is very helpful. Ms. Jung explained to me the after-care after the cleaning and what to expect. Ms. Yoo helped me file my insurance claimant. I am very satisfied with the services.

I visit today, and am writing this first time touched by incredible service with Ms. Jung Ah and Dr. Chung. Never been felt this calm and considerate service at dental clinic before. Receptionist is outstanding as well. Try first, and you will know what I said. Highly recommended.

Family Care Dental Clinic
The dentist didn't have my mouth cleaned before he performed surgery to extract my wisdom tooth. I had to let him know two times that I could still feel discomfort before finally being numb enough to do the extraction. My mouth is still not healed and that has been over half a year ago. I just want people to rethink their dental choice because this was my last wisdom tooth a year ago approx. I have had all my other wisdom teeth taken out by a different dental office in another province so I can see the difference. I would not recommend this place.

Dentist and hygienists there are great. Periodontist has serious issues. She pushed a huge surgery on me that I didn't need and refused to treat me because I got a second opinion (which was the right thing to do!). She also completely wasted my time by making me book an appointment to come in just to tell me that she wasn't interested in performing the surgery anymore. I was shocked at how I was treated and not sure why she's working there.
