Very positive environment for kids. They work hard to put it together. I really appreciate the effort they put in. The fees are very reasonable as well. I recommend them.

Great team during my registration they were knowledgeable and were able to help me get my son registered and playing. I had some personal issues and they adjusted the schedule so my son can go to practice and the games amazing amazing amazing organisation

How have registration fees doubled for indoor soccer? $380 plus a $250 deposit for U9? $340 plus $250 deposit for U7? The fees are insane for community soccer. Looks like regular family's that are already being stretched by inflation are getting gouged by EMSA. Edmonton soccer used to be blessing for middle class families who couldnt afford to put their kids into hockey or football, but it seems EMSA has switched gears to accommodate only the financially privileged.

Organization is poorly run and extremely unorganized. Rude staff that either don’t address concerns or give you the run around. Be prepared to be endlessly frustrated if you have this misfortune of this organization being your only option to play soccer.

Read several reviews regarding lack of concern or disorganization, which I find my self agreeing with. Emsa has many rules and regulations which they expect the parents and players to adhere to but can ignore when it comes to them as an organization. If you as an organization are going to cite these rules to justify your decision make sure you fully understand and have adhere to them, before expecting parent and players to do so .This is a sport where we pay good money for our kids to play and it needs to fair right across the border and not vary from game to gameReferees need to show consistency as per there rule book not on their experience, players are been discriminated in younger division based on height and not soccer violation and EMSA appears to be okay with this was told today to explain it to the child that because he is tall for his age he should expect this"... WHAT !!!!!So if my DNA makes me taller I should expect to be picked on during a game

Where to start with this one? Is it a soccer centre or a boxing ring? It’s disgusting seeing refs do nothing. South centre is the WORST for local bias, severe injuries and no calls.

I always enjoy going their to play or to watch football.

If I could award zero stars, I would. Like others have said, the staff are discourteous and at times very rude. Perhaps it's because EMSA is poorly run and poorly managed that no one knows what's really going on. I have gotten several different answers for questions and a complete run-around because it seems like no one wants to deal with parent concerns. I agree with the other parents who say registration is an absolute pain. I hated doing it every year. The site is not user friendly. I withdrew my child well before the season began and wasn't able to get 80% of my money back while another parent who withdrew after the season began allegedly received a full refund. For a non-profit organization, someone is surely profiting. No consistency. No empathy. I recommend finding another organization for soccer (YMCA, perhaps) or a different sport.

The facilities are fine but the EMSA organization is poorly run. Be prepared to be frustrated new parents!! They send out pages upon pages of tangential information but fail to tell you pertinent things like what age is U8? What are the division boundaries? What date and time are games? It’s a complete gong show.

The facility is under construction (expansion), but everything is working very well, safe, clean, and organized
