I worked with Angela Leaman and Andrew Murray of Leaman Murray KW Select Realty. They were excellent and I highly recommend them and their office. I sold my house through Angela and Andrew and was impressed from the moment I first met with them. They are professional, yet approachable, and I felt like I was their top priority at all stages of the sales process. Their communication was excellent; they got back to me very quickly and I never felt like I was bothering them. Angela did most of the negotiation on my sale and I was so impressed that I can't imagine using anyone else in the future. She is a force of nature! She is direct, straight-forward and always had my best interests in mind. She thought of many things to protect me during the sale and provided emotional support when things got difficult. Angela's assistant, Melissa, is fantastic and helped me with numerous things throughout the process. Andrew was away for a portion of my sale, but any dealings I had with him were great. He has a great sense of humour, speedy communication and strong suggestions. Angela and Andrew recommended about four different trades people, from plumbers to roofers, and all the recommendations were spot on. Angela, Melissa and a professional stager helped me with staging my property and I was really pleased with the outcome. The professional photographer they use is also top notch. My first offer fell through, but Angela worked hard to bring in another offer, and also provided lots of information and research when I had questions.I am currently working with Angela and Blake, also in the Leaman Murray office, on buying a property. Blake is very helpful and I can rest easily knowing that Angela will be in my corner to negotiate the best deal possible.I feel very lucky that I found this organization and highly recommend Angela, Andrew and the wonderful team at Leaman Murray.
