Great therapists and always friendly!

As a therapist myself, you tend to think you know everything and self diagnose injuries that you have. I had been struggling for a few years with tightness in my lower back as a result of a muscle pull while doing a deadlift at the gym. No matter what I did I was always extremely stiff on the right side of my lower back. I tried exercises, foam rolling, self stretching but nothing seemed to work long term. I attended a few sessions with Alison the physiotherapist and she was able to identify that the stiffness was coming from a lower rib issue, and weakness in my right hip/glute and not just the muscle itself. After 3 sessions I already had a 50% reduction in tightness and pain in my back. Very grateful to finally have this sorted out as it was preventing me from reaching personal health and wellness goals.

I had a just completed my first treatment session following consultation with Dr. Huynh. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Office was clean and the staff were professional. Most importantly, I appreciated Dr. Huynh's honest and practical suggestions. I'm looking forward to seeing more improvements with my body.

Short hours for Physio. They only have one physiotherapist on staff and they close early on weekday, Sundays and Mondays. RMT only on Saturday mornings. The Physiotherapist wouldn't even talk to me about their approach to treatment, so I can decide if I wanted to proceed with an assessment. Overall, I think they are more a focused on RMT and Chiropractic, as both owners are Chiropractors.Also, all the 5 star reviews from a year ago refer to Allison as the physiotherapist. She is not listed on their Beamsville site.

Overall a great place for chiropractic and physio, always so friendly when I come in.
