My cottage country bike shop is no longer doing repair service so I brought my 2 mountain bikes here. Matt was happy to help even though that's not an area of specialty for them. Matt successfully did repairs on both bikes - while I waited! Great old fashioned service with a smile. Very impressive to be treated so well. I will certainly return.

I had the most amazing experience buying two bicycles from Brendan. The purchase was informative and Brendan spent time educating me about the various options available to me. I purchased a bicycle for my daughter and wanted to make it special for her. I Brendan assisted and we picked out purple handlebar grips, purple pedals, purple chain and purple tube pegs for the back tires. My daughter was over the top happy.I purchased a matching bicycle same colour with a BMX frame as my daughter. Again Brendan spent time providing valuable advice.I am so happy with my experience and purchases. You don't get this type of service and advice from the big box stores.My daughter loves her BMX style bicycle. She is so proud of it!The Boiler Room and Brendan made our experience fantastic. I will only purchase bicycles from The Boiler Room now.

If you are looking for a BMX specialist to fix your bike Matt is your guy!! The service was amazing we walked in and he started fixing it right away. He even looked it over for anything else that could be wrong. Hands down best service I’ve had in a long time. Thanks so much Matt you’re a true gem appreciate you fixing my son’s bike so quickly:)

Bought a bike online and have the boiler team assembled it. I'm not a professional assembler but the bike seems in the proper state as it should be. Really helpful guy.
