Poor customer service. I saw on the Kemsol regina Website that the business was open until 5pm so drove to the McDonald St. location. It was not open, so I called the number on the door. Met with very unhelpful customer service person who asked if I have an account. (I do not) Despite needing assistance and some questions answered, she instructed me to call in my order by telephone and pick up the product at another time.She was happy to allow me to go find another product at Lowe’s or Home Hardware.I am not a contractor or company owner, but just had a new kitchen floor laid by one who recommended this company for floor wax. I was happy to patronize a local company and was very disappointed at the lack of care and assistance.I do not recommend this company for anyone without a major account, as your business will not be appreciated.
