Horrible service horrible install. The sales person was very mean and was not helpful. The installers messed up the sink opening even though we gave them the actual sink. They also measured our overhang wrong and blamed us for the wrong measurements even though they came out and measured. We paid a good amount of money and it looks horrible and they are taking no blame. DO NOT USE THEM.

I am a contractor who was doing work at a job site that had this company installing the homeowners counters. I was shocked enough to write this review. The crew was sloppy, admitted to going the easy route to install the piece, left a huge mess that I cleaned up for the customer and I also had to go through and caulk the edges to prevent food and water from falling behind the counter top and cabinets. I was disappointed for my customer who paid several thousand for their new counters. As a fellow tradesman I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my clients.

I received a quote in a timely manor, the install date was exactly when they said it would be (they even showed up a bit early), and the piece fits in perfectly with my home- exactly what I asked for.If you need granite for your home/business, go here!!

We received excellent service, pricing and project coordination. They did everything they told us they would do on the dates they told us and the end result was 2-1/2 weeks after visiting with Joel and selecting a slab, our new granite countertops were installed. They did an outstanding job for us!

They were so patient and knowledgeable, giving great advice about what would work best for our tastes and space. Don't waste your time unless you want to over pay. Went in there for the first time in a year or so with some customers. After waiting for over and hour she informs us you cannot buy there over priced remnant slabs of granite. Only approved granite shops" can buy the over priced crap they sell here. They informed me that I can no longer buy granite from them but could have someone fabricate it and install it for me. No thanks plenty of other granite shops around with much better prices."

My husband and I just left this store. I was incredibly excited to visit to gather ideas and pricing for replacement stone in multiple rooms. We left disappointed and offended by the service we received. I would never recommend visiting this store to anyone. Over priced and rude. Maybe it was a bad day for the receptionist and sales rep but I would never want any customers leaving with a sour taste in their mouth.

We worked with Stone Countertop Outlet in Albertville and my wife and I were amazed by the experience. We loved the staff and how helpful they were during the entire project. My wife was thrilled by the digital layout process. WOW, our kitchen is AMAZING. The seam is perfect. Money well spent!
