Cheap builder and quality control. A lot of internal politics relating with Utility pricing (powerstream energy), Board Members, and Selection of Property Management. All for the inner group to earn a couple bucks. Not good for Investors, or End-Users (buyers).

There is constant power cut in the building and the security is very rude they are not helpful at all and I hear everything in the next house and it's too bad.

Gupta Group cancelled the Icona Condos project in Vaughan and now they are apparently going to be building on that same land! (They own the land). They used hundreds of people's deposits to gain interest over 2 years and then just abruptly cancelled the Icona Condos project due to financial difficulties". WHAT A SCAM. Apparently

Gupta Group takes no accountability for the low build quality and installation of services within the building. Many residents in the building are now suffering with ridiculous HVAC bills ($500+/month) due to negligence and improper installation of the HVAC units. Gupta Group is taking no actions to rectify this issue.

Very bad experience 251 jarvis st, pathetic management, lots of security issue, (hydro , water, heating, cooling) bills getting high without any reason .. appliances they used in units very low quality..
