Our new shower control failed, literally fell off and we couldn’t shut the water off. High rise building and couldn’t get any help, just good luck reached your company, Randy came within half an hour and repaired the faucet. Excellent service.

The night before we were leaving for a holiday the shower faucet would not turn off. Since it was a Saturday and at night I did not know if we could get anyone. I tried a number of places without success. RTP answered my call immediately and sent out a plumber in under an hour. The service was friendly efficient and both from the office and the repairman. I now have their number in my phone and they will be my first call in case of other difficulties. Couldn't be more pleased

The service received from RTP Plumbing was amazing. It was easy to book an appointment by phone and the appointment was confirmed by email. Randy showed up on time. In fact, he called to say he could come early if that would be ok with with us.He installed a bathroom faucet and replaced a hose bib in the garage which was leaking. Everything works perfectly. Randy was polite and had a great sense of humour. A great experience.I would not hesitate to recommend RTP Plumbing and we will certainly be using them again for all our plumbing needs.

I contacted RTP over a concern of a noise I was hearing in the pipes. After a thorough multi location investigation, Randy explained to me exactly what the non issue was and things to look out for if there ever was an actual leak. I was very relieved. Very helpful and informative. Highly recommend

After calling around all morning and actually locating a plumber, who did not show up, when I called RTP they told me I would have a plumber within an hour and a half. The gentleman was very prompt and very efficient. I truly recommend this business for future issues
