We were very impressed with Joe and his company. When the water damaged happened on Christmas Eve Day they were called and a crew was at our home Christmas morning opening walls, removing flooring and installing large fans to begin drying our home out. The staff were polite, friendly, skilled and hard-working. The result was a beautifully restored home with new ceilings, flooring and trim. I highly recommend this company.

Epic Restoration did an amazing job restoring my laundry room after a flood due to leak in pipe. Roberto especially did a great job with replacing drywall, painting and replacing flooring. Always on time and updated me every step of the way. The attention to detail was what really impressed me. Thank you Roberto and thank you Epic Restoration for such a professional job!

I am very pleased with the work the Epic Restoration team did on my townhouse after I had water damage due to a leaky pipe. Joe Rorke, President and Senior Project Manager, was very helpful and patient with me during this stressful time – for the prompt response, dealing with the insurance company, and I can’t thank him enough for the help he provided me with flooring and vinyl tile selections. Robert deserves recognition for delivering quality work, his attention to detail, explaining to me the process step-by-step, treating my home like he would his own and doing the extras and the care with which he took to protect my belongings. I also want to thank Jaylah for all her help and hard work packing my contents with care and unpacking and cleaning – doing a very good and thorough job. The drywaller, Arden, did a great job fixing the wall – can’t even tell where it was cut. I want to thank the whole team who were very professional and showed the care they took in doing a job well done.

Our experience of working with EPIC was wonderful from start to finish. In the middle of realizing that our home would be uninhabitable, two EPIC employees came in. They were kind, efficient, and funny, which so helped during such a difficult moment.Then I started working with Joe for the majority of the project length. Joe is a fantastic project manager and leader. He was direct, clear, and met every milestone.My home required significant restorations. Every single person that I had the pleasure of meeting from EPIC was professional and skilled (a special shout out to Joel, Jayla and Roberto! So helpful!). The work was done ahead of schedule and was of high quality, which I attribute to excellent project management, coordination and talented employees, all the result of good leadership.I sit on the strata board as well and EPIC also took care of the restoration of the building, which is still in progress. We had an unfortunate flood due to a tree falling on the upper unit of our townhouse. It burst the sprinkler line and flooded our unit. We immediately called Epic restoration and Joe and his team showed up quickly to help mitigate the flood. We then hired Epic to do the full restoration. They were efficient, on time, courteous, cleaned up their equipment daily and had us back home on time.Shoutout to Kevin & Joel! Got home after a lengthy vacation to find our washing machine on the second floor had leaked. Joe from Epic restoration came by the very next day and got his crew started. 3 floors of damage, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, drywall replacement, coffered ceilings, removal and replacing hardwood flooring all were dealt with by his friendly and efficient crew. All the furniture and household contents were wrapped and stored away and then promptly replaced when done. The girls cleaned up and left the house spotless. A Big thanks To Joe and his crew for tackling our misfortunate event.

Epic Restoration is an accurately named company who did a fantastic job of walking us through our first flooding crisis. From day 1, Doyle (our project manager) could hear the panic my voice and calmly walked my wife and I through the process. He gave realistic timeframes, lead us through dealing with our horrendous insurance provider, and ensured we were satisfied with our home. Charley was assigned to performing much of the onsite work from start to finish and he was super easy to get along with. I could tell Charley was experienced and had no troubles dealing with my detailed concerns to the very last day. While there were some quirky design issues with my condo that made the finishing touches troublesome (heavy barn-style sliding door, t-bar transitions against some uneven tiling that Epic wasn't responsible for installing), Charley breezed through them quickly in an afternoon. The cleaning team also did a wonderful job dusting and moping up the work areas, much to my wife's satisfaction. I may not have much restoration experience to compare to, and I hope I never have to again, but I would 100% use Epic again. It's hard to find great service like this!

EPIC Restoration did an amazing job on my parents' home. The fridge water line had a leak, causing damage to the floors and basement ceiling. EPIC was great to work with from start to finish. Joe came by to survey the damage soon after we had reached out, and was very professional and flexible with our timeline. The finished work looked great and we are super happy with it. Highly recommend this company!
