She is very knowledgeable, personable and patient. At that time, I wasn’t sure Thermage was the right treatment for me and said that I would think about it. I went for it and am happy with the results. Since then, I’ve booked other treatments with them and look forward to every appointment. I trust their judgement, they know what they’re doing. Hilary and her team are professional and friendly.

So I gave it a try, now after few sessions, the results r pretty good. Will go for the rest. Also, the environment is very clean and the staff are very professional. Probably the best med spa in the GTA! Been to several other spa's and this one hands down offers the best customer service experience of all the ones I've been to.Hillary the owner is very nice and goes above and beyond to cater to your skin's needs. She is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about providing customer's with the best experience possible!I've been here for their HydraFacial treatments, laser hair removal and Micro needling treatment and their staff are all very professional and do their best to make you feel at home!

Everyone at the Yonge location is sooooo friendly and accommodating!! I had an amazing experience getting a hydra facial done and the price is definitely worth it!! Hilary was the first person to welcome me and Nory was the one who performed the facial for me, I would definitely recommend her, however, I’m sure everyone else her is amazing. <3 I definitely recommend this place! Very professional!!
