Sometimes the burger taste a bit plain, as if the meat has zero flavor. Otherwise the food is edible

We tried the burger: they ask you what you want in it so you can customize it to your taste. It's pretty big, the meat is a little dry but it's still good. Comes to 5.20$ with tax, not cheap.

Their order system sucks. 2 cashes inside an order window outside plus taking orders by phone. This is no means of a good system to get food out in an orderly manner and is why my order was lost in the back, sitting there getting cold. While people who came in after me, left with their orders. The girl that works there explains to me small orders get done quicker... um hello there is no smaller order then 6 hotdogs and a poutine ESPECIALLY when you have baskets of fries made for the supper rush and hotdogs sitting in a steamer all day!.

A cute, cozy, clean little spot. A variety of burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. Very tasty, fast and friendly service and really good prices!

I visited again today. I have been probably 7 or 8 times in the last few months and the food was good... fast food fare but pretty good. Today I was extremely disappointed! I visited around 1500 hrs - not very busy. There was one lady in front of me who had called in her order - the server said c'est pas prete!"... not sorry

Went there yesterday (Friday) 4:20 p.m. got out 5:45 p.m. service was terrible terrible terrible!! Had to wait to give my order no one else in front of me. Finally she (Sonia)comes to take my order. I asked her a question about the menu she could not answer me, had to push me to the side and I had to wait until another girl that was on the phone orders could come and explain to me. Waited 10 minutes. Finally place my order with Sonia, she also said this is where you put the tip. I was paying by interact. I said no. I put it in the jar. The girl (Sonia)she did not give me a order number so I told another girl I had no number for my order. She said it is no problem. Well I wait and wait and wait I told them I have not received my order yet. They tell me it is coming. I said ok. Well everyone one else is getting there orders. They all came after me. Now a girl is calling out a order number no one is picking it up. So I ask the girl is that my order, she reply’s no. After 7 minutes from when she was calling that food order number with no answer, someone walks back in to Ben’d after going home with an order and brings it back saying it was the wrong order, the package was opened! Guess what? THAT WAS MY ORDER. The worker took it back to change the bag and then passed it to me saying here is your order!! What the ???? I would not take it!! I asked for a new one. She did not want to do it. She ask the cook, not sure what he said. Now I have to wait again. Than finally she gave me the new one. I took it and left! That was 5:45Pp.m. But when I got to where I was going to eat this. It was the one that the lady returned. I could tell because there was a staple in the wrapper of the food from when she opened the bag before and it was not hot inside the food. The French fries had been re cook way to much. Only small crisp fries. It was terrible terrible .LE SPOT A BEN trying to pass it by as a new fresh order! SHAME ON YOU LE SPOT A BEN. I was not going to eat that when someone else had it first, took it to there home opened it and returned.IN THE GARBAGE IT WENT!!!! $16.10 plus tipI would of given 0 STARSYOUR WORKERS SHOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE SOMEONE ELSE AN ORDER THAT WENT OUT OF THE RESTAURANT TO SOMEONE HOUSE OR ANYWHERE OUT OF THE RESTAURANT AND WAS RETURNED!!!!!IS THAT SAFE!!!!

The best place for steamies in the area. Poutine needs work, gravy was kind of tasteless. Staff is courteous, area was clean.

Decent food. The Ben's" burger is nice with the special sauce. Good service with a smile. The restroom seemed clean but it was hard to see since it's so darned dark in there. Overall good experience. Recommended."
