Good parking lot, can get full, tight, good price. Stairways need some cleaning, some questionable people hanging around.

Well lit and clean. Spaces are narrow for most suburban SUV drivers coming into town on a Saturday night. Most REALLY had trouble parking. Points lost for elevator being out-of-service.

Parked here overnight on a Saturday. It was simple and quick getting in and out. However, as soon as myself and my friend walked out of the garage, a middle-aged man (who I presume lived in the small encampment set up directly across from green p) charged at me from across the street with a phone in my face and yelled very aggressive and threatening things. It was during the day but still terrifying. Can’t imagine how much worse it would’ve been at night. Would avoid at all costs.

It’s a very convenient location, it’s protected from the elements and I’ve always found a spot to park on the main level (even during midday hours). The spots can be a little cramped and it is expensive ($45 for 3 days/2 nights) but if you’re visiting, it sure beats the train/subway especially in the winter.There’s not too many strange people hovering around and there’s 2 entrances and exits (2 on Charles and 1 on Hayden) the north side exit is a little tight and you can easily curb your left rear tire on the curbing.

Last week I came down from Aurora Ontario, parked at Carpark 1 for a few hours, paid at the machine and forgot 2 bags from the Bay (with expensive new boots and scarves) beside the pay machine. I thought they were gone forever! Got back home, called Green P customer service. They put me on hold, called the station in Carpark 1 and the bags had been turned in! My faith in humanity is restored! To whoever found it - Thank you!!! To the Greenpark customer service and the man in the booth - Thank you! So professional! You've got a customer forever1

Parking and a show! The entertainment is in the scarcely used top floor. There you can find discarded needles and the odd drug deal. The elevators are like a slot machine: you never know if you're going to win. And the people you can meet on the stairs!That said, it is central and never had an issue with vandalism or anything.

Never parked there before, seemed like a good location, looked decent. However at 11am on a Saturday morning ran into druggie shooting up in stairwell. Turned around and went back up to take elevator down and upon arriving on ground floor saw another either peeing or shooting up in the corner. Will never park there again.

never parked there so i’m not to sure how that is but probably great since the parking lot is in a prime location. but my experience was of my friends and i being cat called by a druggie in the parking lot. it was scary since the druggie started running after us. definitely not going down that road again

Lots of spots but coming down a stairwell there was a person sleeping in the stairwell which was startling. I quickly went back and found another exit.

good parking location with a lot of spot and fair price. The lane ways and parking spaces are tight, so not recommend for big huge pick-ups. The stairways are quite dirty tho.
