Our family recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 F Sport from Mercedes Blainville and our premier experience compels us to write a review in high praise.I arrived at the dealership from Toronto for an initial inspection. Philippe Larouche, our sales person was very professional and did a great job answering our questions and spending time to go over the car’s features and functions.After confirmation of intent to purchase, the financing and paperwork was prepared ready for us to sign during pickup the following week.I have high praise for Philippe, Pascal the manager, Loukia from financing, Denise from admin, and others who I became acquainted with. The great team at Mercedes Blainville made each stage of the car buying experience preeminently exceptional.I have to say I was also throughly impressed by quality of the dealership building and the vast selection of wonderful Mercedes’ vehicles. If you are going to get a used car, not ony would I recommend Mercedes Blainville, but you absolutely need to ask for Maxime Girouard. He was so helpful, accomodating and patient throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to educate me on the products, send me videos of the car I was looking to purchase, provide me all the different reports at my request instantly. I am a very picky and hard client to deal with! Maxime was a joy to work with - polite, cheerful and transparent the whole way through. 10/10

Not very friendly staffJust looking to make a quick dollars! They do not care about the customer and do not take responsibility when they damage your vehicle. Charging you for work that you did not approve.Do yourself a favour and go to the Laval dealership.
