I would like to thank Alberta Fire and Flood for their excellent service that was timely, knowledgeable, and competent. After my cousin passed away, his home needed quick help. Tim Martin was our project manager and he knew what to do and when to do it. We followed his guidance because he was very aware of insurance companies and their rules. Tim remain conscious of the financial spending at every step. Tim was reliable.It was also very pleasant to see how well the people who work for Alberta Fire and Flood get along with each other. When times are tough, it is a relief to be in a good working atmosphere where coworkers are genuinely nice and pleasant and helpful to each other as well as the clients.Again, THANK YOU! They were prompt (which is, of course, significantly important to their line of work), professional and insightful. They were also very helpful with taking the time to guide us through the insurance process, as well as suggesting contractors who were peripherally relevant to their task at hand -- specifically, an emergency plumber on the night of our flood.During the entire process of our restoration, the entire team at Alberta Fire and Flood were communicative, transparent and congenial, almost proceeding like they were altruistically assisting family members in need as opposed to serving clients". Had to deal with parent’s apt water damage from afar with this group. whole of unit’s floor had to be replaced, and parents had to move out for 2 weeks. Via insurance contacts and several emails they did a great job with helping to get all new flooring, furniture removal and return and cleanup etc for my elderly parents . New floor now looks great after some returns for touch ups once my parents were moved back into their place, which they did promptly when contacted. Happy with new floor now and happy with AF&F!

Alberta Fire and Flood went above and beyond to ensure our restoration was complete. We had the best customer service from each level of their team and I still can't say enough good things about them. They were prompt with answers when we needed them, had helpful suggestions and did a fantastic job! I would absolutely recommend them!

Working with Alberta Fire & Floor was seamless. They do quality work and Tim was so responsive - even while on vacation! All of the contractors were great to work with as well. We are so happy with the results of our new flooring. If you need work done on your home, I would strongly recommend.

Was REALLY impressed with the professionalism and service from Alberta Fire and Flood. They helped remove water from our basement after a pipe burst. We were able to call them in the middle of the night and they responded promptly and reassured us with their care. Many of our items were saved and restored. The water pipes broke in my basement. The ceiling and paint were damaged as well as the carpet was soaking wet. The insurance company recommended Alberta Fire & Flood and Matt Schmidt promptly responded to my call in the early morning hours. The conversation was straightforward and I decided to trust Alberta Fire & Flood with the repair and it paid off handsomely. Matt was so professional in managing the project, making sure that everything is taken care off. The contractors were A class, on-time, very friendly, health conscious, clean and tidy with great attention to details. Once the project was completed the whole basement, not only the affected area, was cleaned and the carpet shampooed. I am extremely pleased with the work execution and the final result.
