Won’t be going back unless manager isn’t there and assist manager is as if the manager is having a bad day she’ll take it out on everyone who walks threw her cash.

Nice little LCBO Downtown. Parking is a little tight so be cautious. Everything is easy to find and there's always workers on site that will help you right away. Hours usually close a little earlier then most Liquor stores.

Store staff are very friendly, the location of this store means higher security so, be prepared to be scrutinized if you're a new customer but, security staff are fairly regular so it won't take long to be met with a sense of familiarity and friendliness. Going in to this particular location can be a little intimidating for some but, I can't really hold the store responsible for the neighborhood they happen to be in.

The staff here is always great, especially Steve the security guard, he does an amazing job! Great selection and always very helpful, they have done some renovations recently and the store looks great!

Unlike any other LCBO in the province, if you enter the store with one of your children, they allow you to select items, walk up to the cash, then flatly refuse to serve you because you came in with a minor. Manager should be fired. Never returning.

Great friendly staff always offer to help. I'm a licensee for a local bar and this crew always goes the extra mile. Laughable and unfortunate to read some of the ignorant bad reviews on this location- as if they can be blamed for having a lower income clientele, and parking downtown. Dumb bells.

This liquor store is a nightmare to get into and out of because it is wedged in a corner between a coffee shop and the bus terminal. Parking is limited and often not available. Definitely not well located in the downtown. The store is small and their wifi does not work well. The staff are agreeable. Being relatively new it looks clean.

Great service...should spend more money on staff instead of 2 security guards kinda funny. Makes people not shop there.
