Excellent staff. Very cheerful and knowledgeable. As someone who didn't get their first eye exam until I was 36, the staff made me feel incredibly at ease and confident. Would highly recommend. They also have an excellent selection of frames to chose from.

i have been going to Dr. Christmas for about 28 years. He is an excellent Doctor but his staff have become very rude and not very customer friendly. when my sons glasses broke they coukd not fix them which was ok. Didnt get a chance ot maybe pick out another pair before was told they would let me out. Took 3 weeks to get a reply to my request to get his prescription so i could find him a pair somewhere else and was then told it was expired. was not offered another appointment to have his eyes examined was forced to find another eye dr. sorry Dr Chrustmas we wont be back

Left lens edge sharp and rough. They did clean some of the plastic shards off the edge after I complained. Told me it would clean up with cleaning cloth. Not impressed

If I could leave a Zero I would. Dr Christmas what has happened to your practice !!!! The treatment I have received in the past 2 weeks is totally unexplainable . I was in crisis and just wanted a little help, reassurance , advice and it took a week for a return message to be answered. Then after being told I would be contacted the next morning another week pasted . Another phone call was made and I was told you could not help me and if I was that concerned go to Emergency or find another Dr to help me Seriously after 25 years of your care this is how you are allowing your office to be run . I truly am at a loss. FYI I did find someone to help me and I guess by the reviews many are finding others as well.

Garbage looking office no ac, staff is lazy and don’t do their job. I had an appointment at 1.45 confirmed. When I showed up no one was there, lights off and doors locked…

I am very displeased with the office service I received....I have no fault with Dr Christmas...he is great.....due to Covid I realize it was confusing overwhelming for the girls to keep things running smoothly...I was fitted in with the other doctor in his office ...as it was I was way over due on my time scheduled as I am being watched yearly for my cateracts....now I am being told I can not go back with Dr Christmas because I had agreed to see the other Dr last year....This was not mentioned when the arrangements were made last year....I am not impressed at all... So goodbye...HEATHER WOLFE

We had an appointment for our children booked months in advanced I took a morning off work to take my kids for an 8:45 AM Appointment that was confirmed the day before on our answer machine by them confirming our appointment. They called our home number rather than our cell numbers that they had called us on before. Went to the door at 8:40 knocked and was told that we didn't have an appointment for this day. When I said it was confirmed they checked and said they had cancelled it because we did not call back to confirm (Well we were at work ).They did offer to fit us in if we waited,maybe around noon. Keep in mind this was 8:45 am . Very disrespectful of peoples time any other doctor would charge a fee for missing an appointment so why would we not show up in fact they should reimburse me for time missed from work

My wife and I have gone here, and they are professional, did a good job and were able to get you in for your appointment on time. They have a nice selection of glasses and frames, and the prices seems reasonable as well.

Would never go back. Huge headache to get a claim filled in. Had to fill in claim the old fashion way (paper form and mail). Receptionist was very nasty and rude!!
