I have had two Chakra Balancing' appointments with Abrah Arneson at 'Holistic Wellness Ottawa'. I didn't know what to expect. I had been feeling lost and unsure of my future path. I have been in awe of & continue to benefit from Abrah’s work as a healer, going on nearly a decade now.I have personally enjoyed uniquely designed herbal teas to support a healthy pregnancy... energy work for a breech baby whom, thank goodness, did turn before I went into labor and allowed me to avoid Caesarian (she worked alongside my chiropractic & acupuncture health practitioners I was using as well)... and most recently helped me completely reverse my medical diagnosis of hypothyroidism with herbs and a change of diet only... no lifetime of hormone replacement therapy needed!!This really only scratches the surface of the true Abrah experience though & the most beautiful experiences are hard to put into words. Abrah is a genuine and passionate teacher. Her extensive training and expierences have allowed her to have a broad knowledge to be able to cover and answer most any question I had. Level one was amazing I feel i have a better grasp on entry level Reiki and I anxiously await for level 2!.
