Was glad to see a UPS store in the neighborhood (Walmart, Currents Drive).Rainav, was very professional and patient (I arrived 2 mins past his closing time, and he accommodated me for 8 extra mins). Excellent Customer Service and he smiled all through. Thank you.

Had a last minute visa pictures taken and Rainav & Ritvee were very nice to deal with. Courteous, polite staff, neat and organized office and quick to help and guide. Made my kids feel at ease as well :) Thanks again.

I needed to ship a large package to Kelowna. I had just bought some gifts at Walmart (Edmonton Windermere) and as I was leaving I noticed UPS center there. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable and took the extra step to package everything for me. The package arrived the following day. It was a pleasant and convenient experience.

My family came in for OCI photos and we had a very pleasant experience! The staff was super helpful and thoughtful. They gave their input where we needed it and ensured everything went smoothly. Will definitely be heading back soon!
