Highly recommend this company to anyone. Jeff and his team are highly professional, efficient, capable and knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and gas fitting. I had several projects completed by Jeff; and was very happy with all of his completed work in my home. Jeff even came on Christmas Eve to install our new gas fireplace.5 star service all round!

Jeff and his crew have been great at being quick, responsive, and performing quality work. When issues arose a few days after our new furnace was installed, they came the same day to repair at no additional cost.We are now hiring them for a second project. Fantastic service changing our house over from poly b piping on the inside and putting a new outside piping in. Jeff also did numerous other little things and helped with our hot water system install a few times. He follows up and came back and to me went far beyond what many others would do. He cares about the work he does and that we were satisfied. Incredible service.

We had Jeff remove an old tub and install a new walk in shower with sliding glass door. We told him what we wanted and he had a written quote to us and started the project right away. His price was reasonable for his knowledgeable workmanship. We had an issue with the sliding glass door a couple of days later and he offered to come over and adjust it. A quick walk through over the phone helped us to adjust it right away. Any questions we had, he was always quick to respond. His office staff were great to deal with as well. Quote, invoice and receipt came right away though email. Would definitely use this company again.

I called Jeff on the Saturday of a long weekend. He said he would be over in 1 hour. He arrived promptly. We had a leaky pipe from POLYVINYLB plumbing. Our house was built in 1993. We were not able to locate the leak. He suggested the best option is to replumb the house as the history of POLY B plumbing and fittings. We got an estimate to replace our 27 year old furnace. The work took 5 days to complete. The entire house was replumbed very well. The new furnace and thermostat were installed. Jeff and James were on time, cleaned up well and were very professional. Jeff was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did not take any shortcuts. I would 100% use Great Plumbing and Heating again.

Very happy with Great Pacific Plumbing and Heating. Jeff made a same day emergency appointment for a hot water heater installation in midwinter during a snowstorm. We have had him come back since for a bathroom vanity installation and a water line replacement. Having a pretty old house, there have been several work-arounds needed and he's dealt with unforeseen issues so that return visits have not been needed. He has been on time and the prices have been reasonable. If we have any more plumbing or heating issues I will definitely call on Great Pacific again.

My regular guy left me holding the bag and searching last minute for someone else. Luckily Jeffery fit me in and did a job cheaper than the mickey mouse job I paid for last year only difference is I know it's been fixed properly.I couldn't add a new review so I'm adding on to my last one.
