My place of employment recently renovated our pool supply store in Oakville, ON. J&J Display Sales was selected as the supplier for the counter, shelving and slatwall requirements. Stewart, their Sales Manager, made an appointment to measure our site and provided a quotation for the displays. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very helpful and informative in explaining the products that J&J provide and what would be best for our store needs.The overall experience dealing with J&J Display was smooth and straightforward and we were able to fixture our store for a reasonable cost within budget. My customers loved our new look and I have received several compliments from our customers on the design and fixtures supplied.I would recommend them if you require displays for your store.

Abundant selection and great service. Stewart is my go to. Breakaway dividers have enhanced the appearance of the store immensely. Installation was a snap, literally. Products remain aligned at all times. Facing up is now an effortless task. Compliments from customers keep coming in. Highly recommended!

Not very helpful when we visited the showroom. Even less helpful once we placed our order. Order was short shipped, and a month a half later I'm still waiting for a refund. Don't deal with this company! WR Display in Winnipeg has better customer service, friendly people, and they get the order right! Very sorry I ever dealt with J&J Display! Their freight rates were ridiculous....I found a shipping company on my own with one phone call and it was a third of the price that J&J quoted. No one ever answers their phones, and they don't return messages. Can't believe they're still in business!

Dealt with STM recently regarding our shelving requirement at the Truck Stop. Nitin coordinated everything for us and helped me select the perfect fitting shelves according to our floor plan. The installation was done in a very timely manner and I would recommend dealing with STM for every kind of display needs.

Thank you. I want to express my genuine gratitude towards Stewart and his team for their services.My husband and I are both pharmacists planning to open our first pharmacy. Unfortunately, we were swindled by our previous contractor who started asking for more money after we paid the down payment and threatened to not meet the previously agreed upon deadline if we failed to pay. This was a very stressful situation because at that point we only had less than 5 weeks before the pre-arranged date for the pharmacy software team to come in and install my system. I was frantically looking for another trustworthy contractor who could finish my construction within the timeframe. My designer recommended STD Displays, so I desperately contacted them to see whether it would be possible to finish the construction project within the timeframe. Within the same day, Steward got back to me with a professional quote with a detailed breakdown of each item. This alone already set his team apart from my previous contractor who sent a quote with only generic titles of services and minimal descriptions of materials.After a quick phone call, Steward invited my husband and I to visit their location in Missisauga the next morning. Unfortunately, due to other commitments, I could not enjoy the pleasure of meeting Stewart and his team personally, so my husband went alone. He was thoroughly impressed by Stewart's professionalism and had many good things to say about their meeting:1. Stewart was extremely patient when explaining the different types of options for millwork, including materials, drawers, and finishes. He even took my husband to the back of the factory to show him the huge machines and explained in detail how they work to complete different designs of millwork. This showcases how Stewart really puts in effort when building relationships with his clients.2. When meeting with the designer (sorry I did not ask for his name), my husband noted that he was very considerate and attentive to detail when reviewing the pharmacy layout design. He asked my husband which fridge and safe models we have ordered for the pharmacy, and when my husband provided only the model number, the designer immediately knew the dimensions and revised the design accordingly. The designer also asked how tall I was because he was concerned about the counter height since I was not present that day.In the end, because of the tight timeframe, we ended up choosing another contractor who promised to finish the project within 2 weeks. Note that this was a personal favour as we were referred by a close friend. From my understanding, finishing everything within 2 weeks is nearly impossible upon normal circumstances. Had we not found someone who can complete the job so soon, we definitely would have gone with STM Displays.My husband and I are very aware of the efforts Stewart and his team put into our project prior to any type of payment. We offered to pay them a consult fee for their hard work because it did not seem right to just back out after Stewart had tried his best to accommodate us for our emergency situation. However, Stewart did not charge us anything for his services and wished us the very best on our business journey. Honestly, I am very touched by his kind gesture especially after going through a horrible experience with my previous contractor. He did not take advantage of my situation and offered honest and professional service with very fair quotes.If you are looking to build a pharmacy, please consider STM Displays. I believe you will be impressed by Stewart and his team just like how my husband and I were.

I am writing this review while at the facility waiting. It is been close to 2 hours here & still they haven't finished my order.Even their storage staff says I can't rush". In General staff are not well trained

Received prompt and courteous service. They outfitted my entire 7000 sq ft store and everything came together perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

I ordered a display unit from J & J Sales. J & J makes you prepay for your order.The product arrived damaged, and I feel that it could have been packaged a little better, but I'm not sure that it would have prevented the damage in this case, which was due to a forklift. Thankfully, J & J replaced the unit free of charge, despite some hurdles along the way to resolving the situation. Regardless of the vendor you choose, I highly recommend inspecting anything you receive prior to signing off the shipping waybill.All in all, I'm thankful that J & J decided to take responsibility for the damage to the unit and I hope they are able to negotiate some cost sharing with the carrier, Day & Ross, who has so far declined to admit any responsibility, despite the fact that the damage was confirmed to be from one of its forklifts.

An outstanding experience from beginning to end from the Team at STM. Even though we are an independent small business (Coral Reef Shop - Burlington, Ontario); they took the time to explain the different options that were available to our small retail store and offered some great suggestions. Fantastic prices on store fixtures. If you are looking for pegboard hooks this is the place to go. They don't sell junk here everything is high quality.The store itself is for store furniture and fixtures. They have a cash & carry that is open to the public no account needed.
