Narmela helped our family to find a great nanny for our twins. We have a wonderful nanny who helps us out for all the matters for infants. Her nannies are all professionals with various certificates. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately, a waste of time. Lack of clarity in terms of process and highly unresponsive. I pinged and emailed multiple times and each time I just get a moving target like: “we’ll let you know if we can fill the shifts by X date” and then they ghost you. Probably best to try alternative ways to find a nanny.

We have used this service a few times now to find both a part time and full time nanny.Not only did Narmela find us a fantastic full time nanny but also a part time nanny for vacation coverage of our full time nanny.Narmela is very thorough, organized and attentive to your needs and schedule. You feel like you're her only client. We highly recommend her.

She cares for both her Nannies and families. She puts her Nannies through multiple interviews and background checks to make sure they are worthy of working for a high-quality family. She found a perfect family with guaranteed hours and pay. I love the family, they are so kind and trustworthy.

One of the best baby siting services in last seven years, which I experienced, I recommend highly, Mr.Narmela is absolutely wonderful person and very friendly also she is very kind , at first visit she immediately could contact with my daughter. I had a short timeline to find a nanny, and they were able to deliver a nanny with all of my most important criteria. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend this agency to anyone searching.
