My partner and I were extremely happy with our entire shopping experience at Sleep Country in Saint John. From the moment we walked in the store we were given excellent and knowledgeable service by our salesperson, Taylor. She was able to answer all our questions and guide us through choosing a bed, mattress and options with zero sales pressure. After our initial meeting we felt completely comfortable going ahead with our purchase. The information she provided was all completely accurate, and the arrangement of delivery was pain-free. The delivery people were also professional and easy to deal with, and they completely set up our new bed very quickly. Our bed arrived exactly as ordered, with all the correct accessories provided.We would not hesitate to purchasing from Sleep Country again, and are very happy to recommend them to anyone else. Excellent service, follow-through, and our new bed is fantastic!

My fiancee and I stopped in a couple of days ago, we had a set budget. Not only did we find an entire set that met our budget, but it absolutely undercut it by about a thousand! We got something far and away better than I had anticipated, the service was lovely and very helpful, and our new bed showed up less than 2 days later at the door. Delivery fellows were courteous and quick and efficient, and now we are loving our new setup.I stopped in again today for something else, and I'll definitely come back yet again. I was completely satisfied with my experience. :)

Customer service is complete garbage. After they get your money for the product getting support afterwards is near impossible. We bought a bed frame which we did not like so we exchanged it for a more expensive one and paid the difference. Less than a year later one of the legs broke so we called for warranty just wanting a new leg and they said it was no longer in warranty, even though we purchased the frame less than a year ago. They claimed our original purchase date was longer than a year ago, The date they were talking about was for the original frame that we returned. They said it was an exchange so it does not give us a new warranty. So we could have gotten our money back, bought a new frame and that would have been ok but because we exchanged it we don't get warranty on our new product ? So why did I pay full price for a frame that they won't honor the warranty on? Go elsewhere, we have had several issues with this company, and there are lots of places that appreciate your business more and honor warranties.

I purchased the Polar Tropic pillow and love it! It stays firm but at the same time soft and comfortable. It fits comfortably between shoulder and cheek/neck and yet not too high when on your back. I've given it for 2 gifts and they both love it. And my friend just bought 1 and she loves it!

From the moment my husband and I walked into the store, we were treated with respect and truly felt heard. The gentleman advised us of proper protocols due to the pandemic and began asking accurate questions to find a mattress that suited us. After every mattress we tried, he asked what we did and didn't like about that particular one. He was able to help us narrow down our choices to 2 mattresses and finally settled on one that fit within our budget. He also helped us with incredible savings and able to have everything delivered in 2 business days. To say it was an amazing experience is an understatement. We have had our new bed for about a month and absolutely love it. Amazing experience, amazing products. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases and will ensure to share our experience with family and friends. Thank you, Sleep Country!

STAY CLEAR IF YOU NEED WARRANTY SERVICE!We purchased a $3K mattress that developed a severe depression where my 110 pound girlfriend sunk into the bed in one area within18 months of purchase. I will add we were sleeping on the couch as the mattress was causing her back pain and explained this to the company.The mattress failed so early in it's lifespan we thought warranty was a no brainer. We stepped through the warranty process to return a decision of not defective.The mattress so obviously failed that we took the time to write this review in hopes it saves the next person and hope this allows a more informed decision for the reader.

I bought a bed online. After 70 days,I found my bed a bit uncomfortable, which was fine because of the 100 day guarantee. I went into the store and the rep that I saw was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I ended up needing more support under my mattress so I fixed my platform. The rep told me that my bed also had a 100 day price guarantee and for the weekend it was $50 cheaper. I could get my $50 back if I called the customer service line. It was a Saturday, when I called I couldn’t get through on the phone in the time that I had. So I sent customer service an email stating that I would call on Monday as The rep said the price might change again on Monday. When talking to customer service on Monday, they claimed I could only get $20 back because I called on Monday and the price had gone up a bit. I asked her to find my email from Saturday so that I could prove that I contacted them when it was $50 cheaper. She said she would have to call or email me back because she would need to find the sale price and talk to her manager. I just got an email saying my 100 day price guarantee is actually only 60 days, so I missed it. Huh?! Will likely not recommend using sleep country for future bed purchases...at least not online.

In reading previous negative reviews, I can't believe we are talking about the same store and products. Our Sales Consultant was Gerald Pynn and we could not have been more accommodated. He is fantastic to deal with and the level of customer service provided by him and Sleep Country was exceptional.Our issues were addressed immediately and resolved to our complete satisfaction.Gerald is extremely well versed in the products he sells, and made certain we bought the mattress and frame that would meet our needs and wants.We purchased the King Casper Wave Nova Hybrid Snow and the Tranquil Adjustable base, as well as the extended 10 year Warranty.Special mention goes out to Tyrone and Austin for their install.To date, our sleep score.......10/10 :)

Went in to purchase a bloom river mattress on Feb 8, 2021. I did research at home and was set on buying this mattress, the sales associate awkwardly greeted me and took me to the display mattresses. She handed me the protective cover and made me put it on, after I tried it, I wanted to buy one. She said she didn't have any in stock and recommended a mattress that is similar but was $140 more. I asked about ordering the one I wanted and the associate spent the next 5 minutes searching on the computer just to tell me she couldn't order it, but she could order a coiled one and would take 3 weeks. She did not have a name tag on and didn't even introduce herself when I came in and was very short with me. I think the staff here need training on appropriate customer service skills... Will not be returning to this location.
