DO NOT rent a Uhaul from here! Rented a truck for 2 hours, brought it back a hour early, WAITED 30 minutes for service. They charged us DOUBLE the amount of gas that we needed and when my husband was surprised at the charges the attendant FLIPPED OUT, refused to talk to us, wouldn't give us the receipt. She is even trying to charge my credit card for ANOTHER rental that LEFT because she took so long to serve them. But she told the Uhaul rep that we were being disruptive. Not only are they crooks, but they're also liars that seem to have whoever works weekends at U-Haul right in their pocket. DO NOT, rent a U haul from here.Finally... and it's already been mentioned in another comment. But when picking up the car the agent told us to get the Collision Damage Waiver because of those (these are NOT my words, but I need POC who are considering renting there to know) Third world demons are so unpredictable". AWFUL

Needed a rental truck to get my stuck truck out of a parking lot. Instead of renting me a truck the owner sent a worker down the road with his personal truck to help me out for free... Every time I go I get nothing but the best service! Highly reccomend!

Worst uhaul in saint john Wednesday and I got to wait till monday when the owner get back to get my return because the ladie dont know how to take people money out of the till .Rude RUDE PEOPLE

I don't know much about this place, but I rented a truck from there a year ago for good price

Took my car there on an emergency and was treated with respect and honesty great customer service and affordable thank you so much to Andrew and the staff I highly recommend this service station!!! :)

Not your typical gas station setup, although it still is fine.No grocery needs met but location offers uhaul services.and had no problem with service and rentals.

Got there to retrieve a truck for which I had a deposit only to be treated with so much disrespect and racial bias. After waiting in line for an hour although I had an appointment, the woman at the desk requested for a driver’s license of class 5. My friend I had brought with had the class 7 so I called another friend who had one to meet me and while waiting, my first friend I had come with with the class 7 license, simply chuckled at the situation which is something we do in culture to relieve stress. That’s when the clerk lost it and asked us to get off the property, without paying back our deposit. We asked for the deposit and she refused, telling us to get off the property and threatened to call the police, which she did, and told them she was intimidated by my 5’2 petite self. I got back my deposit after the police asked and I am honestly still shocked at how blatant that experience was.

Always super friendly , never ever had a issue wonderful people great mechanics
