Wheels of Bloor is the best bike shop in Toronto. Stephen and Radek have always gone out of their way to support my cycling and triathlon endeavours and provide a level of service I haven’t experience elsewhere. I have purchased 7 road and triathlon bikes from WOB over the years and have had great experience in both the purchase and build process as well as the long term maintenance WOB provides.

Thank you to WOB I got my dream bike. Steven is super friendly and helpful. With his help, I am able to choose the bike that fits me well also match my style. Stephen is not only an experienced biker himself and also able to provide valuable advices to his customers. The fitting process went super smooth. I do enjoy the kick off ride with my new bike. Strongly recommended go shop with WOB if you want to find a bike with good price and service provided by a group of knowledgeable bikers who truly into bikes.

Easily the best bike shop in the city. I purchased a cannondale synapse from this location earlier this year and have had nothing but a fantastic experience - they're extremely knowledgeable and will help you spec out a bike that will meet your needs. They also have the best bike mechanics I've ever dealt with and will make sure every detail of your bike is perfect, no matter how small you might think it is. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase, can't recommend enough!

I felt intimidated to go in and look for a bike but Stephen made me feel comfortable to ask anything . I came in looking for a 54 but he sized me up immediately and recommended something smaller. The test ride clinched it. Can’t wait to come in and dial in the fit. A very positive and comfortable experience.

I’ve just bought my bike here, and I’m more than thrilled with the whole process. Went to the store twice, and both times Stephen went above and beyond to help me with thousands of questions and showed me different bikes that would fit my size and what I was looking for. They also provide a bike fitting session, that I’ll gladly come back to do it.I got a great service, very educational, since I’m a newbie, and great deal on a full carbon bike I highly recommend Wheel of Bloor to anyone that are looking for “The A” place to go!

I am not usually someone who writes reviews but based on my experiences, I am compelled to write this...I almost quit cycling because I had a bike that was completely wrong for me, purchased at another local bike shop. I was told by a friend to go see Stephen at Wheels of Bloor. He got me set up with an awesome bike and it brought the joy back into cycling... they fit me perfectly for the bike, and have constantly supported me with my cycling endeavors.... and most importantly, I've logged over 8000km this year on the bike without my previous knee and back pain. What I came into the fitting thinking I needed was completely wrong. They know how to fit you for the perfect bike!Fast forward to today... I talked to Stephen about a new bike to better suit my new riding style. He was so incredibly respectful of my budget and found a great new bike that better suits my current needs and also offered advice to help me sell my current bike or reconfigure it for other uses.The whole team at Wheels of Bloor seem to really care about my cycling journey and want the best for me... it really makes me feel great to walk into the store and know they will always steer me in the right direction.

Recently purchased a Cervelo Caledonia from Wheels - staff was absolutely amazing. They were super flexible with setting up a fitting and getting me setup on the bike.There are a lot of great shops around the city but wheels is one of the best.
