Hell no. Uxbridge Swiss chalet is 50x better than this place.. even Stouffville is better than this Swiss chalet. The food here is very hit and miss spent over $120 here..never again. If you have an issue with an order and go here again after speaking up.. wow the quality of food goes out the window. Lies and disrespect go great with your food…Second time ordering green beans after speaking up and they tasted completely different and very stomach turning.There are so many better places to eat than here.Lesson learned don’t eat at this Swiss chalet.

2nd time this has happened in a matter of months ordered half chicken dinner , it was completely dry. I threw it out and called the restaurant, talked to management they offered a free meal. I have no interest in their free meal. I have no interest in their offer. Im trying to trust this location and again and again they let me down. The quality of this restaurant for me is on the bottom of the ocean.

This Swiss chalet is disgusting. I don’t even know how it’s still in business. All the staff here fight among themselves and it’s so embarrassing. They argue and swear at each other super loud and it’s just really bad. It took 30 minutes to wait for a server and another 40 mins to finally get our food. Chicken is over cooked and the fry’s are hard as a rock. Turn around and go to Kelsey’s across the lot from Swiss chalet.

I recently visited Swiss Chalet and had a fantastic dining experience. The chicken was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with a delightful blend of flavors. The restaurant itself was a nice and inviting place, providing a comfortable ambiance for a meal.However, what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Tricia, our server. She went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome, and she was attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Tricia’s genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about the menu added to the overall enjoyment of our visit.

First time we came to this Whitby location. It's larger and newer than our usual location. The space is clean and tidy, well lit and well maintained. The staff was friendly and speedy service. Parking wasn't bad but not great. See pictures!!

Store needs to update their hours. I placed a pickup order today (sunday) at 9:20pm. I was really looking forward to some good chicken and fries. I walk over to the store and find on the door that they close at 9:30pm on sundays.

The customer service here is abhorrent.I ordered a deluxe family meal that they had in the summer, and she said they didn't have it anymore. So I asked what the cost of the regular family meal was, as we never got the regular, first she tells me the price went up and then she goes into what the family meal consists of in the snarkiest, rudest voice ever.When I got to the window and paid, this second person was equally as rude. They shoved the family meal at me and smirked saying have a great night as it almost fell.Looks like we take our dollars elsewhere from now on.
