So much selection. A lot of it is even in store to take home with you. The service is also excellent. They are patient to answer all your questions and take the time to help you make a good choice. They even have a huge variety of cool light bulbs. Lots of normal lighting, but some really cool and unique pieces too.

We went to Cartwright because it was the supplier from the builder… and we’re glad they sent us there! Alysha was excellent to work with, she helped us through the process and was very patient with my wife and I. Lots of lights and options!! Well laid out and overwhelming all at the same time. Great options for lighting!

Nicole was great!! She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about lumen levels and color temperature. I especially appreciated her honesty about when something wouldn't work and why.

CartWright Lighting has lot of options to select from. Our experience at Cartwright for lighting selection was very awesome. I am extremely happy with the way Nicole was explaining the options and also recommending based on the space and various options to think off.

Loved the selection, I loved how they display lights with furnitures, it helped me visualize how I can style the lights at home.

Our new lights are installed and my husband and I are so thrilled! We needed some new lights for our kitchen and dining room and decided to visit Cartwright Lighting a week ago. We had a GREAT experience; excellent customer service and quality products. That day just happened to be one of their charity days where they donate 100% of their entire day sales to charity. Seriously, great company! You should check them out!

I had a great experience dealing with Cartwright. The glass on one of our porch lights got broken. We have had those lights for 15 years, so I was not hopeful I would be able to replace the glass. However, I called Cartwright, who supplied our lights originally, and talked to Nicole, who promised to try to find a replacement for the glass globe. She emailed me later that day to say that she had emailed the manufacturer, as Cartwright did not have the part in stock. Nicole then emailed me the next day to tell me she had not yet heard back from the manufacturer and would not be working the following day, but would hopefully hear something the day after. Nicole emailed me a couple of days later to say the manufacturer could supply the part and attaching a quote for $15. A bit of a long story, but I was really impressed with the excellent service Nicole provided. I will definitely go back to Cartwright.

Did the lighting for my second home through Cartwright. Very knowledgeable sales team, get a lot of compliments on our lighting.Working with Cartwright Lighting on our new Condo and Geri in sales has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. We gave her a picture of a light we had seen and she took the time to track it down for us (amazing)! We ran into an issue regarding the ordering of a couple of the lights and Byron called me the next day and took care of it... great customer service! I highly recommend Cartwright Lighting for their great selection, professional sales team and management!!Thank you, Charlize & IanP.S. I will post pictures when we get into the new place.

We've had a great experience at Cartwright Lighting & Furniture. Nicole was very patient to explain all the different types of lighting for every part of the house, listened attentively to our ideas and preferences, and was able to give us fantastic suggestions. We're very happy with our choices thanks to Nicole's expert advice!

Worst customer service. They do not stand behind the quality of their products nor are willing to help in any way. They just quote you on what more you will have to pay to fix their cheap products. They alway use “you are past the warranty”. do not recommend Cartwright Lighting.No thanks to contacting you now. I had emailed prior to posting my review. Your company dismissed my concerns and now that I made a online review you are suddenly concerned with customer service. What a joke and too late. Will never return to your store and will not recommend.
