This is for the owner to read. I’ve been calling and emailing you for 2 days looking for a 8x40 container as well as a 10 or 12 by 30 also a covered storage for a 37’ rv and no one even bothers to reply. Maybe your totally full and just don’t care… I truly hope you had tons of spots and you just lost over a grand a month because your help is completely incompetent. FYI I Needed storage till may lol bye bye 6 grand

These guys were amazing. The unit was very clean and easy to access.People forget that life doesn't stop just because it's the weekend, these guys were very accommodating come time to rent a unit on a Saturday morning, and very accommodating come time to check out of the storage unit.The husband and wife team who run it are amazing, friendly, easy to deal with people.I will use them again if need be in the future, and I would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody that's looking for a unit, whether it is for short term or long term....Thanx guys.....

This is the second time I have rented a unit from Highway 16 Storage. My daughter attends UNBC, so when classes are over, we rent a small unit to store her things from her dorm. Management is always friendly and helpful. I have had no issues with reaching someone by phone or email, which helps when you don't live in Prince George.

Due to the poor plowing last winter, there was a massive buildup of ice in front of our storage unit which melted and flooded the unit quite badly. Everything we own was soaked and moldy. Terrible place and no accountability.

Amazing new management! Absolutely thoughtful couple, who takes great care of the property and the lockers safely secured within the grounds! 10/10 highly recommend!

Got stuck on level ground inside fence because no plowing had been done. Then yelled at by owner because we were stuck in his mess. You be the judge.

We have rented unit for over 3 years and have never had a problem with service. We woul recommend Hwy 16 Storage to anyone.

Horrible service, two days i couldn't get to my unit, my code didn't work.They were closed or sick" the sign said. Did not return my calls.I do not recommend
