After 35 years of driving on all-season tires, I decided to get winter tires. I called 3, or 4 so called 'Tire Specialists', including CT, KT, and a smaller retailer here in town. They all told me 'look up our website', with KT even lying to me about home storage of my current all season tires. My final phone call (while feeling incredibly frustrated!) was to J&D Tire, recommended to me by our building Superintendent. After how I was treated by every other business, I had low expectations. Joe (co-owner) was everything the other so-called 'specialists' need to be. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He spent THIRTY FIVE minutes on the phone with me, explaining, and answering questions about multiple brands, pros/cons, costs, and warranty. He made me feel like his only customer, and I mattered. He then followed-up our conversation with an email containing all the discussed tire brands, so I could review it all, and decide. Once I came to a decision, Joe got my truck in right away. Meeting in person, it's clear all the staff share Joe's attitude on customer service, and respect. I'm SO happy with the entire experience, and the tires. Can't wait for the first snowfall! Thank you, Joe, and all your staff, for everything. I appreciate the kindness, and patience you showed me, from our phone call, to tire installment. I'll definitely continue telling everyone to go see you, for everything tire. Thank you.

Professional and honest team. Took my sedan in with a screw visibly some way through the rear driver tire. They took it out, made sure it actually hadn't gone through and didn't need a repair. They did not even charge a dime. It was a great feeling during these testing times.. For comparison, Mr. LUBE had quoted me $35+tax just for inspection without the repair.THANK YOU J&D

Saving the day!Had a situation where I had a flat while taking a meeting in Milton . Looking around on google for options and found J&D. My problem was they were closing less than 30 minutes. I pulled in and asked if it was possible for assistance. Without hesitation they took my truck in and fixed the tire so I can get home. Thank you so much J&D! You embody great customer service !!

I like that Joe gave us three options for Winter tires at different price points to choose from; we went for the mid-tier option which was about the same as 4 x tires installed by Costco but with no rims. We drove away from J&D's with brand new winter tires and rims installed and our all-seasons very nicely bagged in the back. The tires have been amazing! Car feels very safe and stable in the cold and snow. So appreciate, will definitely be going back.
