Truck was fully repainted by Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in March of 2022, cost $6500. Paint is bubbling, has several runs in it, is flaking off, and there is overspray on all practically all door and windshield seals. They won't warranty the work as it was paid for by the previous owner, which is frustrating, but more frustrating is the fact that it is deteriorating like this already.

Exceptional service with patients and understanding. I have yet to have a pleasant experience with the service department, having warranty repairs has been nothing but a hassle. They continue to prove to me as to why it’s pointless to pay for extended warranty, they argue every which reason they possibly can to blame it on something other than manufacturer issue and will try and have you pay for other non related repairs. Can’t wait to be done with warranty so I can just do my own work…

When I contacted Doyle’s via the web, I already had a truck picked out. When I went to buy it, Dean asked me how I would use it. He determined it was too much truck, and found me a perfect match based on my needs. After showing me an alternative he explained the reasons he would suggest this model. After the sale was complete Dean and Doug took me around the dealership to all the areas, introduced me to the staff at the different areas I might need. (new RAM customer) the friendliness of staff, the obvious attention to detail, and their engagement of me as the customer in all aspects of the sale makes me confident that I made a great choice. I will be recommending to my friends they check them out too.
