Apologies for giving you poor rating, product was better but customer handling could have been better.I bought Nike Jordan last week along with Nike tees, was greeted & treated very well, appreciated during my first visit.I decided to exchange my tees after couple of days of my visit, so I visited the showroom and was greeted by one of Employees and I handed over the tees and told her I want to exchange, poor experience started fromhere.She straight away said it’s not from this store I can’t exchange, one of your staff went back to check the stock and confirmed it’s from this store and I was kind of laughing, then she asked for Tag which I had but not along with Tees, had bill which they gave me, I think it was paid receipt, for actual bill copy I gave them my email Id on my first visit but I didn’t get my receipt on my email Id.But then she asked for Bill, so I shown her that copy which I had and even while checking that receipt she said it’s not fromour store, I still had smile on my face( Awkward one), then after checking the name of Employee she could make out because she was working at that point of time and then asked when did you bought this stuff, I said last Friday and I visited on Monday, which means after 3 days of purchase, she was like, it’s been more than a week so we can’t exchange it’s in our policy and shown me their policy then I had to clarified, “ I took 3 days ago, last Friday.Then she asked for email Bill which I didn’t received, but after checking my Junk finally I got my bill and was able to exchange and then I bought another Tees in exchange paid the difference, she took my almost 5-10 mins in all that conversation.After the billing I left the store without even realizing that security Tag wasn’t removed by the cashier, on which she has to call me back even when I was few steps away from store one of their staff came and informed me about the Tag, which actually beep while I was exiting but I didn’t even realized that it still had Tag.She was rude, she assumed I am here to ask for a refund and trying to be a fake customer even without realizing and hearing my concern she predetermined everything, I was like, this is how you treat you customer who comes for return or refund.I visited on dated 15th May around 2pm, just hope your staff may learn some basic etiquette and few customer handling skills could have been better for the brand, predetermining everything could have been worse at times.She spoiled the day.

i went to complex today looking to get some shoes.the staff were very nice and helpful there was a big selection of shoes to pic from. overall the staff were very nice pretty good prices definitely recommend

Best selection of menswear in the city. Stopped by on my recent visit to Victoria and staff were super helpful and friendly. Amazing sneaker section. Even managed to cop some Jordans

The best in downtown victoria. They carry a big selection for a small store. They have the limited editions as well, but you have to want to wait in line early to be able to get them on the day they are stocked in store. Two thumbs up for service as well!

Complex brings big city streetwear products and atmosphere to the Island with no compromise. I never thought I would find such a great selection of sneakers when I moved to the Island. They have kept it real since 1998 and it shows, great shop.

Complex Clothing is the streetwear and footwear boutique equivalent to eating a giant pack of Fruit Gushers for the first time. It’s awesome and a true representation of the explosive passion and vision that stands behind the brand. The shop is always stocked with the newest, coolest, most unique, and hard to find pieces. The vibes in there are truly sweet. I could easily spend hours just tinkering around and checking everything out because of the constant flow of fresh product.From the music, the knowledgeable staff, the layout of the shop with Cold Feet Premium Sneakers tucked around the corner, and the incredibly handsome owner that’s almost always there to help - it’s always a fantastic experience.Complex Clothing has sparked my interest in streetwear and fashion so much that I actually dress pretty cool now. I totally owe my steez to these guys. 11/10 recommend checking this spot out!

I’ve passed this place for a number of years and been in a few times. A strong selection of streetwear, and a excellent curation of the latest trends. I’m no sneakerhead but I was looking for a leather upper with the classic ‘gum’ sole. I asked the staff “what dictates your colour selection” as I was looking for a particular colour. Instead of asking “what are you looking for” or “can I help you find something in particular” I was sassed hard with “what you see is what we have”. Retail customers are hard to please, I get it. But c’mon sister! A little kindness goes a long way. All was redeemed as another gentlemen helped me try on a couple sets of kicks and after some camaraderie, he certainly helped me make that “purchase decision”.

I hope you can extend your working hours on weekends like around 10pm. So we can visit your shop. Im working in a cruise every saturday we reach victoria at 6pm. Thats why there's no chance for us. :(

This is the perfect place to shop street wear in Victoria. Staff there are really kind and helpful. I really love the “one pair of shoes for one household”rule when new shoes drop. It gives everyone equal chance to get the shoes for retail price. That’s really considerate. I’ll definitely go there all the time.
