I just love the furniture that I have bought from this store. Terri, an employee of the store, has been exceptional with her knowledge of furniture and her descriptions for me. I am a long distance customer, all the way from Cornwall. I have bought from them over the internet three times now, and have not been disappointed at all. Every piece has been exactly as Terri described and in the shape she described. The quality of this furniture is amazing. I am so pleased. I am always looking at their newsletters and seeing if I can put together at least a couple of items that can be moved over to me by a mover. It has been a very enjoyable relationship with this store. And items really do go fast. To me, this store is like a treasure chest that I can open every week and will surely find within it many wonderful treasures to consider having. Thank you so much for doing what you do! Bigger than it looks and packed with unique pieces. I really enjoyed having a browse. The two ladies were super helpful, honest and just generally lovely. I was given a beautiful pansy with my purchase and it certainly brightened my Easter. I will be visiting again because this was a delightful experience.

I have shopped here many times and always been happy with my purchase. The stock moves quite quickly so my advice to a shopper would be to buy it if you want to have it as it might not be there on your next visit. The ladies that run the place are always friendly and helpful with no pressure to purchase. Take a look at what they have. There might be a chair or an item that needs to be in your home.

Really loved stumbling across this store today! All of the pieces currently available are in really good shape and priced very fairly. Also the two ladies that greeted us and answered our questions (dont know their names..) were very friendly and helpful! :)Will definitely be back regularly to check out what else comes in!

We were in Kitchener, with my senior mother, looking for a bed. Mom recommended this store, as she had had success here before.We found a lovely 4 poster bed. The height of the posts were somewhat tall. Brilliantly, the top portion of the posts can unscrew to make them lower!My husband and I took the posts off and the bed looked even better.Marge, the owner, felt the need to loudly and rudely yell at us telling us to ask for assistance. We decided to leave the bed and the store. I told Marge I was taken aback by her rudeness. She proceeded to give us a long story about someone else breaking that bed, and she had to have The Strippers fix the bed. It was so expensive…..etc etc etc.Unfortunately, we did not find another bed my mom liked. We returned to Bits and Pieces. We did purchase the bed, with Marge still being incredibly rude. We also discovered that she also owns The Strippers, which charged her so much to fix the bed! Something doesn’t add up in that story.If you choose to go to this store, keep in mind the furniture is lovely, but the owner is not!

This a great consignment store of well-appointed pieces of furniture, art and other collectibles. It's a great place to browse too.If you wish to place something on consignment with them, they require photos and dimensions and they will contact you!

Very nice staff. We moved items from my moms apartment and arranged ahead for consignment of some pieces. Staff was accommodating and honest about what would sell and what they could not take. The items were advertised in their email flyer and many sold within a week! They priced them fairly and we were very pleased. Remaining items can be picked up or donated. I would recommend this store. They made a frustrating moving day much better.

Wide variety of quality consignment goods. Store was clean, goods spaced out so they were easy to view. Checkout was quick. Debit or cash, no credit card sales. Location in a strip mall so parking can be challenging at times. Customer flow was steady but it was not crowded

I have been helping my SIL who is looking for table, chairs, and a china cabinet and came across these beautiful pieces! I took photos and sent them to her, but also wanted to post them with my review. They are gorgeous! I swear they weren't even used!!
