Promenade Samuel-De Champlain is a must-see place in the capital to admire the river, enjoy an exceptional green environment and practice various sports. This natural park developed along the St. Lawrence River extends over nearly 6.8 km from the bridges to the Côte Gilmour sector.Composed of six stations, each with its own identity, the promenade was developed by the Commission for the National Capital of Quebec in order to rehabilitate one of the most degraded sectors of the banks of the river. It was produced in partnership with the City of Quebec and the Ministry of Transport. The project has won numerous international awards and mentions for the high quality of its facilities.

Beautiful waterfront with lots of free parking. A good place for kayaking or cycling.

You can go to this place in Winter to get a new experience. So cold

Beautiful long bike/walking path with art, fountains and a magnificent view of the St. Lawrence. I highly recommend a stroll along it. There was an observation deck with a fabulous view for a panoramic shot.

Beautiful place to walk/ ride bikes and go fishing. Free parking and it's very clean.
