We replaced the siding on our house and garage and had wooden steps built and 3 patio decks recovered with new rails installed. Construction was completed in good time and we were very pleased with the results. Detailed pricing was done professionally. Jeff is honest and fully trustworthy.

I found Jeff from a google search and called him for a quote on my massive home Reno based on his amazing reviews, I now understand why his reviews are so incredible.For 4 months, I had Jeff and his crew in my home full time. From his initial quote, to the final bill, Jeff and his crew were outstanding to work with. Not only was his work absolute top quality, but his crew went above and beyond to make me happy. Jeff and his team were honest and transparent through every step of this journey, even the hidden and unexpected surprises were brought up immediately and taken care of in a timely and professional manner.I am positively beaming every time I walk through my “new” home. We inquired with Ross Contracting about having some work done on our house.When he arrived at the house, he did not demonstrate much interest in the projects we had planned, rather seemed to add barriers to what we wanted and did not want to discuss alternate options that could be done.After he left the house, he said he would have a quote to us within a week. When it did not arrive, I inquired with him as to where it was. He stated that he was very sick and would finish our quote when he was better. That was in May 2022, and we have still not received a quote for the work. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up from him. The projects ended up coming in around $100,000, and we found an alternate contractor who has gone above and beyond for us.

Jeff and his workers are very friendly and always try to use their time efficiently to get the job done quickly and they do a high quality job at everything they did at my house. Very conscientious and great attention to details. Very satisfied with the quality of their work and the time it took.

Ross Contracting built our infill house for my family in 2019-2020. They worked with us as our general contractor through out the process, including, design (with a architect), permits, demolition of the old house, foundation, framing, and all the other steps from start to finish. Overall we are very satisfied with the end result. Many of the pictures on Jeff's website and Instagram are from our house project.The project went very fast for a ground up build, with demolition in August 2019, foundation in September, and occupancy in April 2020. Seasonal work then happened over the the summer of 2020.Jeff Ross is the principal of Ross Contracting, and he was the constant throughout the process. As a small builder Jeff took personal responsibility for the work (much of what he and crew did themselves), and helped in the selection of the various sub-trades.As with any build, issues cropped up along the way, and Jeff worked with us to resolve the issues both in the build and billing from sub trades etc.One year later, Jeff is at our house to sort out the small issues of nail pops and other small issues that cropped up over a nasty winter.Overall very impressed, and (God forbid) if every build another house, I will be calling Jeff first.

When we started panning our fixer upper project in March of 2020, we happened on Ross Contracting quite by accident! We thought we were meeting with a different Mr. Ross that is local to our community. We all had quite a giggle when we realized we had gotten in touch with the wrong Ross Contracting. Let me say, I thank God often that google led us to this wonderful company!Within an hour of our initial in home consultation we knew Jeff and his crew were our guys.We came to this decision due to Jeff's extensive knowledge, and obvious work ethic practices.When you're taking the plunge to create your forever dream home these qualities are paramount!From the first day of our project until their very last visit Jeff and his crew met and exceeded every expectation we had with our project. I found Jeff from a google search, and after reading the numerous positive reviews about about him and his crew contracted Jeff to renovate a basement bathroom, bedroom and living room in September. Jeff, Cyril, Jose and Jacob along with Mellisa were always punctual, patient in answering our questions from start to finish. They are very conscientious, honest, with great attention to detail and meticulous in every aspect of the construction process. Quality of work was excellent, with a friendly crew, who it was a pleasure to have in our home. All gave well above work ethics standards from start to finish, all very professional, and would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of job as their knowledge and expertise and finished product exceeded our expectations. Alberta said she misses having them in the home as they are a blessing and a delight.

My wife and I had Ross and his people come in and finish our basement. The workmanship and quality of work is high. I'd recommend them for any job you have inside and outside of your home
