Travel Best Bets

0 stars-Terrible. I had been in communication with a travel agent for 2-3 weeks planning a trip. The agent then said that some details need to be confirmed and that I'll get another email soon. That time passed and no email came, so I waited another couple of days and then emailed them again and then received a response that the agent will check again in a week... A week? It had already been a week at that point but, okay, I guess. That time has also passed without a response, and so I have left voicemails for the agent to please update me, only to have been ignored. I shouldn't have to be the one to contact the company and ask what's going on, why have there been no updates etc. especially when I was told to wait and that they would let me know. Having voicemails and inquiries ignored is very unprofessional and shows a complete lack of customer service. This has been a frustrating waste of time. I would strongly encourage people to use a different travel agency, or just book vacations on their own.

If you are booking any kind of travel Travel Best Bets should be your go to. They are friendly super helpful in every way even after everything was booked and paid for Carrie was still there to help with all the questions that came up. It is our 1st cruise so there was lots of questions. They took care of all our travel needs baggage to Insurance they did it all. Email responses were quick and price was fabulous and I checked around. Next time it will be straight to Travel Best Bets no wasting time. Best Deals Best Service by far and yes I have used many other travel agents in the past but these guys knocked it out of the park

I just book a group cruise with Larry Gerow and he was AMAZING to work with and he got me exactly where I wanted to be on the cruise ship. He took the time to find me the best pricing for that sailing. Unfortunately, the customer service has become very bad recently. The employees are angry on the phone and whenever we ask them to email us the package, they say they are busy, it will take a few days, and they don't send it at all. I used to work with this company, but I am no longer happy two weeks ago. I called several times, I talked to two different people who sent me the package, they didn't send it after a week and they always said that there is no guarantee that we can send it soon, so I had to take action from another place.

Really great customer service! We booked a local BC trip with them and felt really taken care of. CS was great, people were nice, and everything went according to plan. Would 100% book again.

We see some decent deals with these guys. Call, email, leaving messages and they never call back. Once got an agent, gave them all the information needed for a trip, they never completed the file. These clowns are not that good. Use a reputable online agency and save yourself the hassle

I just recently booked a Cruise with Jessica Kawer. She was absolutely amazing to deal with. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was very informative, personable, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted and did the best she could do to accommodate my request’s. It took a week for an agent to return my call so I went to their Langley office. Two agents were on the phone and the other one said she was on lunch. I politely said I would wait. Then one of the other agents got off the phone and looked over at me and showed zero interest in wanting to speak with me. She said it was their lunch time so I’d have to wait. You would think that they would stagger their lunch periods so that they could assist walk-ins. I finally just left. I’ll never call these people again. I went to another agency in Pitt Meadows and booked all 4 of my trips with them. Although they were hugely busy, they welcomed me with open arms and did their job.

Just returned from a two+ week Italian adventure my family and I booked through Kim, not only was the trip a bargain but it was also flawless and the hotel La Darsena in Agropoli was fabulous. That's several holidays I've booked through Kim and she's been fantastic to deal with. Already looking for my next vacation.
