Great customer service. Very clean inside! Also a very nice to place to get some work done considering the amount of natural light this location gets… bonus points for putting a smiley face on my coffee this morning!

Ordered a latte and oatmeal w/all toppings online 7 minutes prior to arriving. The latte was ready but not the oatmeal so I patiently waited. After a ridiculous amount of waiting time ( 15 minutes ), I asked about the oatmeal and it was like I just disturbed their daily routine. It was then quickly made and I received one topping. I asked for the other 2 toppings I paid for and was given a second topping with a small bag of refined sugar. I had to ask for the brown sugar and I was looked at like a pain. No “sorry about that and have a nice day”. Very poor customer service!

Every cold brew I've had from here has been the worst Starbucks cold brew I've had. Light on cream, and coffee isn't great either. I understand that when things are busy details get missed but this is a sweet cream cold brew and it's darker than my coffee at home.Also mobile orders are prioritized in the mornings, I've been made late at least 5 times waiting on my single coffee order.

Rude service. Placed a mobile order, went in to pick up my order, associate was slow and didn't seem enthused. Finally got my order which included an iced Frap, which needs a straw, I asked for a straw and the associate made me wait for a STRAW for an additional 5 minutes while he prepared another customers drink. When he finished with that order, he threw the straw rudely towards my drink on the counter, while he handed a straw to the other customer he was serving in front of me.Absolutely disgusting!

Who doesn't love Starbucks? One of the best spot that's around, if ever needing a quick craving for something sweet and a place to have an assortment of seating, along with accessable bathrooms. The employees are extraordinarily understand, if there is a preference on how drinks can be made, Starbucks gets it.

We have ordered TWICE from here and both times been given just MILK. I ordered a java chip frapp and it came with just the chips and the milk. There was nothing else. The previous time was the exact same thing, and I was not even provided a STRAW for the frapp. I do not mean to be rude, but these are just the bare minimum things which should be considered.

Really disappointing experience. Ordered small Americano, however, they decided I should get tall, that was a little bit of coffee and tons of water. End result: hot brown water, instead. I just left it there. So frustrating, they didn't bother to rectify the situation, got their money though.

Courteous, professional service that stands out. However given how busy this store is for mobile orders, it could be more spacious in order for individuals to properly distance while waiting for orders. The patio is also quite small and backs into the parking lot.

Very long wait times at this location. I waited 14 minutes(no joke) for a latte. Four staff behind the counter yet one is throwing garbage despite a huge line up. Poorly managed. Not an efficient location and the latte wasn't great either. This has happened multiple times. Now, I have trepidation about passing bt for a coffee because I know it will cost me my time. Somethings up...
