Shelly is GREEEEEAAAT. In comparison with other operators that I experienced before she is very professional, caring and kind. She is very understanding, gives great consultation and advices. She is really experienced as well and she knows exactly what she is doing, what benefits me and what is harmful for me. In my first session with her I was sure that I made a right choice.

I've been doing many places before finding this place. This place is the best I found. I did more than 1 year with them. They use Light Sheer Duet Diode, if im not mistaken, which gives pretty good results. It takes 45min to do full body. Most places it's a lot longer than that. Good price and customer service. Shelly is kind and always on time.

WORST SERVICE EVER! i had bought a groupon and was welcomed in a insaluble space and asked to bring my own towel to lay on. In the middle of the procedure she asked if we could reschedule, then she wasn't available for more than 2 months and refused to honor my groupon purchased. I came back to ask her for a refund and she screamed at me telling me that it had already been activated. As a result I paid 100$ via groupon for one year of service, and extra 60$ during my first session that wasnt completed and then she never allowed me to book another appointment. Groupon didn't refund me because she had activated it.Straight trash, avoid at all cost.

I went to this place for a session of touch-up hair removal laser. The laser had literally no effects although I had done laser before and this was only my yearly touch up!!! When I tried to contact Shelly to tell her how unsatisfied I am, she was not even answering my texts or calls! Finally, she answered after a few days and told me not to call back in a very rude way!Stay away from this place! Total scam!

I bought a package of 8 treatments through Groupon. The vendor makes it extremely difficult to book appointments, knowing of course that the package expires in a year. She books via personal text-messaging, and when I asked to book two appointments in advance, she replied: Go get your money back." After how cagey

I have been coming to see Shelly for a while now. She is very kind and professional. Her space is always clean and she is very easy to communicate with for appointments and such. I have tried many places but her machine worked best on me. I highly recommend!

Shelly is professional, kind and takes the time to discuss options with you and what's better for you. I had difficulty with the booking app, so she always responds quickly to my texts with dates that work for me. I can't recommend her enough.
