Had to stop in to grab a trailer hub seal, and these people are super helpful. They had only one in stock(I needed two), but THEY called around to find me more! How much better can you get at customer service? Free back rubs? Haha! Keep up the great service!

It was my first time at Napa a few days ago for a free, quick battery check as I was having battery problems due to the cold.Alex L. did tests on two different systems and thoroughly explained what the problem could be as I had not had this issue before.He also went above and beyond and looked up some batteries for me specific to my car which was a great future reference for me as I did not know I could buy them here (the former “Bumper to Bumper” at this location did not sell these batteries for my car)Great service! I will keep Napa Strathmore in mind for any future parts.
