They made a custom shower glass for our ensuite and they did a great job and the price was significantly lower than the city. We were very happy with their service and pricing! I even wrote to thank them when they finished.

Awesome service!! Our window fell out of the frame and we knew we could rely on Arnprior glass! I will never go anywhere else!!!! Im pretty sure they moved to another location now, just give them a call!!

In November 2022 I ordered 3 pieces of plexiglass from Arnprior Glass. I reside in the west end of Ottawa & I called 2 local companies and Arnprior Glass (AG). All prices we close but I thought I can take a run out to AG and purchase from a smaller business and I would enjoy the drive out & back. In the end 2 of 3 pieces we not cut square, 1 marginally the 2nd significantly you could see it when installed. I sent 3 e-mail notes- 1st note ignored, 2nd note I received a response back they were looking into it, 3rd note ignored and a call not returned then came Christmas and now I am completing the review. Lesson learned- won't be back and won't recommend to anyone. I was polite, looked for resolution and not my money back and you could not be bothered. Disappointing, shame on you.

I had a broken window in my front door. I could not get another local company to respond (I am not a window guy!) so i took it out and brought the window pane in; they had a new thermal pane cut in a few days (at a very reasonable price). Problem solved! The girl in front was very professional and helpful.Would definitely recommend
