My mother and I are Avid tanners and we go quite often. I must say the staff here are always cheerful very welcoming and usually always find a tanning appointment to squeeze me in. The manager cares about their customers and that means the world to me.

The staff at this location are very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Every time I frequent this location, I always come in feeling welcomed. I go in for the red light therapy treatment and have been very satisfied with the results thus far, any questions or concerns that I have had regarding this procedure have been answered promptly and accurately as I have been looking into it for quite some time. So I thank you all and keep up the good work!

I got my lashes done today by Terri and WOW what an amazing experience she is so professional and so sweet to deal with. She always made sure I was comfortable. Very accommodating and sweet ladies at this salon.

I love this place and all the people in there. Always smiling and know your name. Plus it's always clean

Not happy with my experience. The staff is super nice and the beds are clean, however I have never come into a salon and said they were fully booked up until closing. You have to book an appointment every single time you go in and a lot of the time their phone is busy and it's difficult to get through to even make a booking. I got the two week package and missed out on tanning a few days because of this. When I came in to talk to them to give me an additional day because of the situation she would not. Not worth the hassle for me.

I came in for a spray tan last week. Had such a great experience at this place i had to share it. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and polite. When i was leaving after my spray tan it had started to rain heavily. She was so helpful in assisting me to my car by wrapping my legs and arms with towels so it wouldnt ruin the results of my tan. Would definitely come back to this location again!

I have been visiting this Fabutan location for the past few years and I am perplexed by the negative reviews on Google! This location is easy to access, great hours available, lots of beds available and the staff are the nicest I've met at any tanning salon.Their product/service knowledge is top-notch, product availability is great and always current on new trends, services, etc. They have just undergone a full renovation with brand new beds and it's a very welcoming environment.If you're considering it I recommend you try it for yourself and I know you will be satisfied. There are tanning salons closer to my work and house but I will continue to come to this specific location because of the above listed reasons. Also wanted to mention they offer additional related services, lots of promotions, etc. Win-win :)Enjoy!

I was looking for a tanning salon because Tan in the Wild, the amazing tanning place I usually go to was closed for the holiday. This was the next closest one to my house so I took a chance and had the absolute worst experience. First I want to stay the staff at the front desk was lovely. That's as far as the positive experience goes. It was over $40 for 10 minutes of which I got 9 by the time I got into the bed. They gave me disposable sticker goggles that tore and I had to stick on my eyes because they would no longer fold and the bed was already going. The rooms are tiny the tanning beds are so archaic and tight and really uncomfortable. And to top it off, the tanning bed started before I had time to finish changing and putting on lotion. Worst money I have ever spent and I wouldn't go back there even if it was free. Go to Tan in the Wild. You won't regret it!

Great place with an excellent customer service from the moment you enter the location on Trafalgar Rd. Oakville. Good promotions coming!
