Very nice store. I live in Edmonton but was passing through Barrhead and noticed their Husqvarna sign. Popped in to see if they had some chains for my saw. They did, the price was better than in the city and the people working there all seemed so nice. I’d be very happy to go back again!

I called Small Power as I was looking for information regarding an older tractor I am purchasing and was inquiring if they knew anything about the particular model and if parts could still be sourced given that it doesn’t run properly. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and took the time to explain things to me even though I was only looking for information at this point and not providing business. This stood out to me as I had called other companies who were very brief with me when they realized I was only looking for information. I was pleased with the information I received and plan to bring the tractor in so they can assess it. I was very happy with the service I received over the phone and look forward to bringing the tractor in.

They are the best Stihl dealer in Alberta...I don't live Barrhead. Their staff is as friendly and helpful as they are knowledgeable. They provide much better customer service at much better prices than Edmonton dealers.

I Bought a zero turn from Mike this summer. He was down to earth with no BS. I felt like I was treated well! When in the first few times using it- it required a boost, small power sent someone 40min away, to pick it up, fixed up the problem, and then delivered it back to me. You don’t get better service then that! Thanks for being awesome!!

Small Power Barrhead is the best saw shop I have been to in western Canada in terms of customer service and pricing. I have been coming to this shop or placing orders frequently over the last 5 years and every interaction I have had I left satisfied with the service. If I need to bring a saw in for service this is the only place in Canada that I trust to do the job responsibly and know my best interests will be catered to. Mike and his team should be doing courses to teach other saw shops in the country the proper way to run a business, as this is the standard all shops should look to attain.

Great place. Excellent prices. I bought a husky 550XP mark II from them. They were waaaaay cheaper that the big city dealers. They were super easy to deal with. Small town service. They take care of all the warranty paperwork. Great place. I will recommend and use them again.

You don't find quality service like this too often. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. As long as I live in a 150 mile radius of Small Power they will be my only call for all my epuipment.

Service is beyond exceptional. If you want to buy from a store who knows what they are talking about, and want to enjoy doing so, give these guys a call. Fast shipping, great prices, friendly service. I will never buy small power tools anywhere else!
