Price was good and so we got this room for our stay here but when we reached in evening the hotel entrance was locked and there seemed to be no one to receive us. Eventually a person turned up and let us in. The rooms were ok. Parking was available. Reception was not 24/7 or atleast we didn’t see it.

Weirdest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms visibly dirty and very small. Can see they tried to throw some lipstick on the place but it didn’t hide much. Check in guy didn’t mention breakfast or check out times at all and at times there was no staff even around time ask questions to. Was going to check out right after I checked in, because I was not happy with the room, but they wouldn’t cancel my reservation. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Zero counter space in bathroom I had to leave my toothbrush and other toiletries in my bag. No stopper for bathtub, poor lighting, full size closet that takes up space but only had 4 little hangers in it. Not even a coffee maker or a cup in the room. Nobody came to clean in the 4 days I was there, no clean towels etc. I do not recommend.

Room was nice and clean not like I read about being bad. Road construction was going on all night so kept waking up. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Hwy to airport was right there , about 25 minutes drive away. Stayed in room 406.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago.The main reason was the price as I found hotel accommodation in Halifax very expensive with very few choices under$200 per night. The hotel has a very helpful staff and you can tell that the place is being upgraded. The front desk has someone on 24 hours and there are many security cameras monitoring the car park and entrances. The room was clean the bed comfortable. The locks for each room need to be upgraded. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

Disgusting. Got to the room and it smelled like smelly feet. It was right next to the highway and all through the night it was nothing but police and ambulance sirens. The room had a key to unlock the door and once inside, there was no security lock to insure no one could get in. You could open the door with a credit card if you wanted toI had to wedge a chair against the door to even think about getting any sleep.Note: picture of chair is attached. Look at the quality of the ratty worn cushion. There was an active water leak on the ceiling. the wifi doesn't accommodate streaming. Hair in the tub. Microwave and refrigerator were stacked in the corner with wires strewn across the floor. Buyer beware.

Gross!!!! MOSS AND BLACK MOLD!! Stayed here in January 2023. Changed rooms 3 times and left. I slept at a different hotel after this. The best western is good. Seasons Inn gave me a partial refund. I was there for 3 hrs. My girlfriend developed a rash. I hope you don't stay here. Also dear seasons Inn. You really should've given me a full refund instead of trying to tell me it's my fault. Now you can reap what you sow.

This place looks nothing like the photos, fine. The most alarming thing was the fact that the room had not been cleaned what so ever - with what looked to be blood splatter across the window frame. When told to the receptionist all they said was 'okay'. You go to a hotel to relax, not to do their job by spending countless hours cleaning. I managed a hotel for years and know better - as should they. I'd rate this place a 0 had it been an option. Dirty dirty place with poor management. Stay clear.

The worst customer service you could ever experience, I honestly hate my entire trip just because of some inconsiderate employees who show no interest in their work but only their paychecks! They show no interest in helping customers or even answer the easiest questions.I would give the place a negative star if it were possible!! Just completely ignorant employees and probably the company, definitely would not recommend.

Clean, quiet, affordable, and front desk clerks providing 5⭐ service!! I must note, I ordered the BEST Mediterranean Pizza Pizza from 6954 Mumford Road. This is coming from a regular signature pizza client having ordered this pizza in Ontario, N.B., and N.S.

Very disappointed to say the least. The online pictures were deceiving. Bait and Switch! On arrival I was told by the front desk clerk that the room I rented usually goes for $70/night but that it was jacked up to $200+/night due to it being September long. Great thing to tell a customer!Where to begin… the hallways had a mild putrid smell as did the room, the doorknob/lock into the room was jiggly and didn’t seem very secure, cracked window, cords everywhere, TV on a tiny table, dirty phone and hair dryer (disgusting), the mattress sloped so you either slept in the center or almost roll off, scrapes along the walls and broken baseboard heating system, air conditioner was either not working or super loud so no sleep was to be had when it was turned on. Housekeeping never came at all throughout the weekend. I requested for the garbage to be emptied. They instructed me to bag it and leave it outside the room.I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. The washroom, excluding the nasty hairdryer, was otherwise clean so there is that I suppose. No discount was offered.
