The young lady who took us on a tour through the house today did a wonderful job telling us about the history and answering all my questions. It was a highlight of my day trip to Lunenburg.

The young woman who took me around the house was amazing. The museum is bursting with great displays and is fascinating. The tour is free but they accept/need donations. I left with a much better knowledge of this incredible town of Lunenburg.

This museum is a MUST SEE when in Nova Scotia! Incredible guide with great stories and full of knowledge. I’ve had the pleasure of taking guided tours all over the world - London, Paris, NYC, Rome - but this takes the cake for display, kindness, and overall quality. Great place, cannot recommend enough!Ce musée est un MUST SEE en Nouvelle-Écosse! Guide incroyable avec de belles histoires et plein de connaissances. We had a tour with a young gentleman. He took just myself and my boyfriend through. Such a wealth of information both from our tourguide and all of the displays around the house. Well laid out and they cover a bunch of different time frames and owners of the house.
