I will never return to this dealership, nor will I refer friends or family. I went in a few weeks ago for an oil change for my Chevy Colorado (which they told me on the phone when I booked that it would be approximately $85). I asked when I dropped it off if they could have a quick look at the back-up camera which had stopped working. I figured being a brand new customer to this dealership that they may throw that in for free to entice me to return in the future. Well that was not the case…someone apparently looked at it for an hour, charged me $120 to tell me I needed a brand new camera and they could put one in for about $400. Thank god we held off on doing that as the camera is working fine now. May have been dirt or ice in or around the system from the winter causing it to stop working in the first place. So my total that day for an “oil change” came to $250!!!! Apparently who ever they have looking at the vehicle needs to have some more training. We have very little options around theHaliburton area to take our vehicles and you would think they would try a little harder to entice new customers in!!

So grateful for this location, they fit us in the next day for our rear break job since we were in desperate need. They were so quick and professional. Thank you so much for your help and fitting us into the crazy schedule!

New to the area, my first 2 experiences with this dealership have been amazing from reception to service to dealing with the general manager. Coming from the town where it seems everyone works for GM or (like me) come from a GM family, I was a little concerned to service my vehicles in this little town. Amazing Honest Service! I dropped off my vehicle via tow truck on a week end, and when they opened on Monday the Curry team got me back on the road and even delivered the car back to me. Friendly, honest and amazing customer service. What else can you ask for?
