Long Branch Animal Clinic

Recently moved to the neighborhood and chose Long Branch animal clinic based on reviews. Brought my two dogs (4 & 5) in for their annual check up yesterday, and was really impressed. Dr. Wong was thorough and so friendly. She took her time explaining what she was doing and why. Honestly, best vet I’ve been to in the GTA. Would absolutely recommend. The price was very reasonable too.

Vet was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly - didn't try to upsell or overcharge me for anything. They gave advice and gave honest service.Will be my trusted vet moving forward

Very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They have been quick to respond and assist with all my dog's health issues as she enters her senior years. Whether it's just to answer my questions by email, refill a prescription or bring her in for an emergency, the team has been there for us. Thank you!

After having my pets being regular visitors here over the last few years I have to note the difficulties being a client has been here the last couple of years. I don't think I've had a phone call picked up at all over the last year and often have voicemails or emails asking to book an appointment ignored completely.It's a shame since I genuinely really like the veterinarians at this clinic, but admin seems to be dropping the ball big time here.

I love LBAC!From their reception staff, VAs, RVTS to vets, we've never had an issue here since coming. I have an incredibly anxious, fearful, reactive and accident-prone dog, and everybody has been so helpful and accommodating to her.From last-minute rechecks (sorry to do that to you guys, but I appreciate it so much!) to early mornings that make sure my gal isn't triggered by anything, and an incredible Fear Free approach to care, I can't say enough good stuff.Dr Zimmerman, Dr Wong and Dr Worthy have all seen my girl and they're all incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. They're all willing to sit with me, make sure I understand the medications or procedures we're doing. And their prices are really fair for the great work they do!I've loved working with them and will definitely be bringing all my pets, present and future here. :)

I had been buying one of my cat's special food for urine tract infections here for many years. Last year was the first time I required their service for the end of that cat's good long life. Not only were they amazing at taking good care of Willis, they also supported me during the difficult time. The sympathy card was a nice touch. Since then I have acquired three cats and each one is a patient of this clinic. I have moved from the area but still make the trip to this location for three reasons. 1. They take such good care of the animals. 2. They are the best priced service provider in the area. 3. Their level of customer relations is top notch. I just received seperate birthday wishes for our two adult cats who are brother and sister!

An emotional journey. The staff at the Long Branch Animal Clinic are wonderful with the animals and their owners. Sadly my 15 year old Shihtzu died when we were there. The staff were very kind and gentle in giving me options. We decided to have the remains come home in a beautiful container. We picked it up today and I think having her home with us brings us some comfort. So glad we were at that animal clinic where the staff treat the owners as well as our critters.

Can’t say enough good things about LBAC! We had our chihuahua come in to have over half of his teeth removed. We were quite stressed with him being under anaesthetic being the size he is and also not knowing the exact price his procedure would cost.Prior to his surgery date, the clinic emailed us with a low and high range estimate. We immediately assumed the procedure would be at the high range or well above (based on stories we’ve heard from others on their vet experiences and the surprising bill).We were quite wrong in our assumption. The procedure ended up costing in the average range that was quoted. More importantly however was how our dog was cared for and the diligence of the entire team throughout the procedure and after care.Cannot recommend this clinic enough and happy to know that we have a vet who has our dog’s best interest at heart. Thank you!!

Excellent vet clinic. I moved out of this area 2 years ago and still make the journey out here because the staff and environment is so good for my anxious little dog. He recently had a big surgery here and it went really well! So grateful for this vet.

My wife and I had to make the difficult desicion to put down our cat of 18 years. As difficult as it was the doctor's and staff at this clinic were so empathetic and professional. They ensured I was making the right decision without making me pay for a whole bunch of different tests and what not just to get some extra cash out of me. These people are in it for the love of animals, not money. I 100% wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for all vet services. Thanks you so much. And Winnifred Redding III thanks you.
